Team Spirit And Togetherness

Looking at the way the players interact with each other on the pitch, the way they celebrate goals together, when one of our lads is down injured, 3 or 4 more are over checking how he is and finally the social media chat between them all...it tells me what a great team spirit MW has installed amongst the squad on top of the work ethic and great attacking play we see every game??

Happy days indeed, onwards and upwards???

Yes I have noticed that as well, good to see. (tu)

Listen to MW and he says things like "as a squad we're in good shape" and always has nothing but positive comments and positive tactics. He never forgets to mention the support and neither do the players. Who couldn't buy into such a positive atmosphere. MW said after last nights match "you always hear good things about the magnificent Rangers support". Looks like the boss has bought into us. Roll on this draw for the LC and test where we are as far at this stage.

Noticed last night the constant communication between the players throughout the game, and the boss was always encouraging and advising from the touch line. What a difference from Mr Arms-Folded-Without-A-Clue.

Spoke at length to Colin Henry one night where he explained the importance of dressing room camaraderie. Said the Rangers team he was part of was the best dressing room he had ever been in. Nice to see the current batch of players looking happy and playing for the team.

Compare to last season last game almost the entire team standing watching one of their own getting in about Motherwell players.

That's a very good comparison.

Would bet that if anything kicked off every single one of our players would back each other up.

Aye if someone squared up to Oduwa big Kiernan would rocket over the pitch and drop kick the cunt, they all look after each other like they should, especially Tav and Waghorn, McKay and Wallace, Oduwa and Zelalem, they all have best pals already

It's great to see and obvious they all look put for each other.

Even the smaller players (in stature) like Holt, McKay and now Zela can do their thing knowing if anyone is really stupid enough to proper half them that they'll be surrounded in seconds and Big Rob, Wilson or Halliday are gonna smash em bad some time soon.

We look a true team in every sense.

The last time i saw this kind of team spirit was against werder bremen, never forget the camera panning round to the bench and all the subs and management were having a right laugh about something to do with darcheville,

Watching the game last night was first time i've really felt that since, what a feeling around the place, what a turn around

Just loving everything about the team, the players, the management. It's fantastic being a part of it. As others have said: onwards, upwards, I fear no opposition in Scotland now. Bring them on- we have a real team spirit in which pride and self belief abound. Brilliant

We need a real test. An Aberdeen, Celtic or Hearts. The rest are simply fodder.

Patience. We have come a long way in a very short time. They are learning all the time from the manager and each other, and building up a great momentum and winning mentality. A few more competitive games and St Johnstone will see us even stronger and ready for anyone.
