Well at least my Patriots still did better than your Los Louis Rams.

There's a surprise. ;-) Don't care - followed the both the Rams (and Seattle as my second) for decades now, and wouldn't have it any other way.

Now Peyton Manning is getting linked with the Rams.

The fuck man?!

That has the potential be worse than Namath going to the Rams at the end of his career, and that was cringeworthy. Last thing on earth we need (apart from Manziel. Or Vick.).

So, a sport designed for commercial breaks airs in the UK on a non-commercial channel.

It really hasn't taken off in the UK, has it?

No wonder. All that hype and advertising for sitting around for hours, all to see about 15 minutes of manufactured action.

Who ever said Americans are gullible?

When you think about it it's not a real sport. It's more a piece of pantomime.

In fact, I should perhaps move this thread to the OT section.

Nah, you probably shouldn't.

To say it hasn't taken off in the UK is a complete lie.

Technically, it can't be a lie as it's an honest opinion.

If the showpiece finale of the a "sport" designed for commercials is covered by a non commercial broadcaster in a particular nation, it clearly lacks the audience that would signify that it had taken off in that nation.

That seems fair to me.
