To Be A Ranger 4,032
No big deal really but why is Holt substituted in nearly every game.Even when he's playing well he seems to be the first player to get hooked. I like the wee man and what he brings to the team but is he carrying a knock or something that means he rarely gets a full 90 mins
Clemdog 39,389
Probably. Niggling injuries are the reason why we've called off the Livi game.
hammer93 15,024
Said as much today, I think he was unlucky to get hooked today but ultimately we went on to win the game so MW got it right

I hope I'm wrong more often as I'm sure you also will have this wish.
simon 1,727
Genuinely thought he had a great game today. He's been an absolute snip at £60k
RedWhiteBlue1872 407
Just dont see what he offers..Average, for 60k more than happy but today was a small improvement on a non existent couple of weeks.
VladimirWeiss69 791
I do think we definitely were missing Zelalem today but hey Ho, we still won!
STEPPS BOY 73,168
He's not as good as some think..Goes missing for large periods..When we reach the SPL, he wont he wont be good enough..

MasterD 7,430
Law should be starting ahead of him IMO
onefootwillie 1,518
Decent player thought his movement was good today but lacks a bit of strength. Could easily have got a goal well worth his place in the squad

K.A.I 36,183
I thought it was a strange one. I'd have took off Shiels for Law and Odouwa for Miller and kept Holt on - unless he was feeling a knock? if so then it was right to bring him off. Skyson1872 2,923
I just think its a fitness thing, he runs about more than anyone on the pitch excluding Tav and Waghorn.
smiddy 36
Just shows you how the punters see games different,,, mate said to me at game yesterday,, keep your eye on holt never stops,,most of his runs don't get picked up, as for law starting before him,,, that's got to be a kid on,
Prso is King 64
He had a pretty good game today though he was very quiet the previous 2 or 3 games. I'm hoping he can recapture his earlier season form as he was brilliant and really made everyone else play better.
BEE 4,880
Law should be starting ahead of him IMOFuck off back to Motherwell Nicky.

bluenoz 30,287
His work rate is excellent but he's not on the ball enough. Still young and has a lot to learn. In my opinion, Law or Shiels are better all round players at this stage.
TheMotor 2,208
Just shows you how the punters see games different,,, mate said to me at game yesterday,, keep your eye on holt never stops,,most of his runs don't get picked up, as for law starting before him,,, that's got to be a kid on, I like Holt but I thought his movement yesterday was actually a problem as he kept ending up square to McKay. Falkirk were doubling up on McKay leaving only a ball back to Wallace to keep us moving. Earlier in the season, Holt was continuing those runs beyond McKay and getting into some great spaces. RedWhiteBlue1872 407
Nonsense. You honestly think hes ever going to be good enough? As i said hes average and fine for this level... Hes not in the same league as guys like Waghorn and Tav who will be comfortable at a higher level
