Predict A Player

Recommended Posts

Can be any player in any league, all you have to do is predict a player who you think will have a good season.

My picks are

1) Nicky Maynard - Bristol City.

An excellent young striker who can be a bit lazy at times, but has talent in abundance.

Has a good turn of pace, is comfortable taking the ball with his back to goal and he is an excellent finisher.

Having learned the game at Crewe, a club renowned for producing players and now working under the guidance of Gary Johnson, a manager who drills laziness out of play I think he will flourish.

2) Burton O'Brein - Falkirk.

He faded off the radar a bit at Sheffield Wednesday, but he was always a standout to me when he played for Livingston.

He's good on the ball, and is a powerful runner from midfield who scores important goals.

I think with the way Falkirk play he will cause a lot of teams problems.

Who are your picks?

One player who struggled last season but might get more of a chance this season. Darren Bent at spurs!!

If he gets the chances he will score, if he plays wif Bertatov he has the potential to score loads

I think Bent at Spurs will have a great year, if he gets games. With the creativity of Bentley, Modric, Dos Santos and others behind him I can see him banging in the goals.

Warren Feeney, dundee united.

Kirk no offence but Warren Feeny is pish. If you watch him play for NI you will see how bad he is but he's a big bluenose

Hes been on amazing form for united in pre season. Thats what iam going by.

Well take it from a NI fan Warren Feeny is shocking (tu)
