Muff 245
Manchester United striker Louis Saha will join Everton for an undisclosed fee subject to passing a medical. The 30-year-old France international will become Everton's third signing of the summer after Lars Jacobsen and Segundo Castillo. Saha, who joined United from Fulham for £12.8m in January 2004, will sign a two-year deal with an option to extend his contract by a further 12 months. The striker scored 42 goals during an injury-plagued career at Old Trafford. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ton/7587683.stm Will he pass the medical? I wouldn't touch Saha, far too injury prone!

Muff 245
That Castillo is a good player. Not too keen on that Jacobsen tho. Saha will spend most of the time out injured.
Mike Newells Sexist Army 2
Aye, Everton just getting desperate and signing anybody going, some jump from bidding for Moutinho to being linked with Alan Smith. Saha will manage about 15 games a season, at most, if he signs.

Guest therabbitt
A fit Saha is a very useful player. Sad that no club will ever get to see one again
mark_ni 12
IF he could stay fit he would be a cracking signing for anyone. Very good player but more injury prone than andy webster and thats saying something!
Boab 73
1440: REASONABLY GOOD TRANSFER NEWS Louis Saha has completed his move from Man Utd to Everton after passing his medical. The striker has signed a two-year deal. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7590492.stm
BlueSuedeSambas 53,775
Saha is a quality player when fit. IMO Everton are missing Carsley and they must replace him. He was vital to them in the season that they finsihed 4th, he missed most of the following campaign through injury and they came about 15th. The following season, he got fit they went back up to the UEFA Cup places and have stayed there ever since.
