  1. 1. Who would be first choice if you were manager?

Based on what we've seen so far, who do we think is better in that midfield position?

I think that Law has been tremendous since Warburton came in. He looks like a totally new players and the style of football seems to be suiting him. I thought that it was pretty harsh for him to be dropped in the past few games considering his recent form.

Without being spectacular, Zelalem looks like a tidy player who doesn't give the ball away much. I'd like to see more of him running at defences and taking a man on though rather than just playing the simple pass. Having said that, I'm sure that we've still to see the best of him and it will be very interesting to see how he performs on the big pitch at Ibrox.

It's definitely a difficult decision and one that is sure to give Warburton a headache.

Voted for Zelalem but i do think Law has been good since Warburton took over,i think between him and Holt would be a better comparison.

I think if we take boys on loan its important to play them to strengthen relationships with their parent clubs to increase our chances of getting more players to come here.

As the gaffer says,it also shows our boys the level they have to aspire to and the standard they will have to acheive, its all positive stuff.

The gaffer also stresses the importance of the 'pathway' to the first team for our academy players,i trust him to pick our strongest team and nurture our players in the correct manner.

Most on here will pick Zelalem purely out of hatred for Law.

Away from home this season against some of the more physical teams I'd probably pick Law. Zelalem at Ibrox.

Everyone should be picking Zelalem because he is a far better footballer. It's quite simple really.

 It's not difficult at all.

I personally don't think it is that simple, and all depends on what we want to achieve in midfield. I think Law pressurises and tackles more than Gidion from what I've seen in the last two matches. Gidion is obviously more technical than Nicky though.

A lot of folk have forgotten how good Nicky was for us when he first came. Some were wanting shot of Wallace too, so it shows that redemption is possible and achievable with Warburton at the helm.

Being the better footballer doesn't always get you picked in reality. It should, but we play in Scotland.

Nicky Law has played here for a few years now and gives a bit more energy in there. Zelalem good on the ball but off the ball has a lot of work to do.

I voted for zelalem but only because he has got the potential to be a better player than law. I think it was harsh law has been dropped and would of thought he would come on as a sub in the last couple games tbh and im sure he will play a lot of games still law. Was talking with my old man earlier when watching the game and was saying that if any of the lads on the bench where starting we wouldn't be complaining. How good is it to be able to say that? We have so many options going forward especially it is light and day from the past few years dont think any of the players that we lost would make the bench apart from vuckic
