Step back and think for a moment.

The 10[pts was for OldCo going in to administration., Now forget about that, it's in the past.

NewCo is applying for a spot in the SPL, without going through the traditional mehtod of climbing the leagues. SPL are set to vote yes/no on this - they can however put stipulations (punishments if you will) on this in regards to the fact that NewCo haven't went the traditional way of winning their place to the SPL.

Why so many of our fellow support fail to understand that the potential 'punishments' are for jumping the leagues is beyond me.

Don't get me wrong, we know there will be underling motives in these things, but it will be caked up for jumping the leagues.

Geez, me and you right now could get together and put a team in place and apply for the 12th share if we wanted. And the same 'punishments' will be given to us.

What is the difference between a newco and a CVA ?

Division 3 - jumped

Division 2 - jumped

Division 1 - jumped

We won't play in ANY of those leagues as NewCo.

Applying for the share is perfectly legal, any club can apply for it if they really wanted.

It was a share transfer from oldco to newco, have another go. :craphead:

PS we aint jumping anything, even the sfa/spl/sfl are trying to force us into spl1, they can take a flying "jumping" fuck. (tu)

CVA would have seen us stick with the OldCo - no secondary company would have been needed, no transfer of assets, no transfer of players, none of this pish with some of the players walking away.

NewCo came because the CVA failed. Green set it up, transfered assets etc, and now needs the SPL share transfered to the NewCo - which is now trying to apply for membership to the SPL without having played through the other divisions to get there. Hence any 'punishments' will be given based on us NOT playing our way up the leagues.

I sincerely hope you are asking me this question to double check I am aware, and not that you have been utterly clueless as to the overall situation so far.

Really not getting this are you. As Rangers FC, we failed in a CVA, and the club/company (delete how you see it) is being liquidated. Green transfered the assets etc. But he himself can't casually just transfer the share over to the NewCo. As much as we would all love it to be that simple. The SPL and other clubs will see the NewCo as a new club, applying for the vacant 12th share. Even our former players (now) recognise this is a new club.

Any other newly set up club (be it Rangers linked or not) would be able to apply for this share, but would we expect them to just jump straight in to the top league?

What if this all had happened to Hearts - liquidated and never NewCo'd etc, and a team such as Elgin had randomly decided to apply for that share. Do you think it would be fair for them to jump over other clubs in the other leagues?

You get rewarded for success, the hand wringers think we should accept anything these sfa/spl kunts decide to hit us with, can the hand wringers tell us why. :sherlock:

Well then.........John Brown apologised in public ............along the lines something like this.............well no one at Ibrox is big enough to apologise , so being an ex Rangers player and also played for Hamilton and Dundee.....I will make that apology...........as said words come easy to some.

Their is an investigation going on regards whyte and his take over being fraudulent..............so as it stands with him being subject to criminal proceedings then it could be fair to assume that the administration may not have taken place, therefore the cva may not have arisen.

So what happens if he is found guilty of this investigation .......................and everything that has happened .....the old Ltd Co being wound up , when the chances are it would still be there............the ten point reduction.............would not have been implemented........those leg-ends who have walked out on the club, would not have gone...............all because of one man!!!

Also the allegations by two journalists that they notified sfa about whyte and they also alleged HMRC were asked is PAYE being paid, although they didn't mention NI.

Also every club who voted to have Rangers removed (why do they use this relegation word) should produce a letter from HMRC stating that over the last 12 months their PAYE has been paid in full.....after all they have been judge and jury on this.

Could go around in circles for days with some of this, but will point out your last part - "have Rangers removed" is not what they are voting on. It's wether to vote the newco IN or not.

Words can be said that mean something completely the opposite..........who takes these teams on..the team or a company......who do these teams dislike and some from no doubt with a hatred tinged with sectarianism..........................what are their reasons for wanting the team out of the spl? and please don't insult me with sporting integrity.

Why then have they used the word "relegated" against a team who won enough points to finish 2 nd in their league even after the deduction of 10 points for going into administration caused by a man now being investigated by the Police and the Crown Office .............plus the administrators notified the Police form the start of their administration that something was amiss.........so sfa/spl ignored this.

We're being punished for failing to agree a repayment with our creditors and stiffing them with a newco arrangement.

As for your point of why should we accept it? Because we can't change it. The SPL vote and it looks like they are voting against us, so some of us believe that Div3 and working up is the best solution to the fucking mess small minded chairmen and fans have created.

I refuse to believe you are a Rangers fan. New company or not we are the SAME club, the fact that you seem to think the spl will see us as a "new club" does not change that. It is a fact and there has been numerous statements to this effect by a number of sources.

Also I really couldn't care less what a few traitors out to make a fast buck think about our situation. They would have said anything to help their conscience and ease themselve out the door. Forgive me if I don't stop supporting Rangers cause Whittaker thinks its a new club.

If you are in actual fact a Rangers fan you have clearly been listening to the media propaganda far too much and have been taken in by it hook line and sinker.

Which is a shame.

Handwringer? People still use this term??

It's been a fun term in use to be fair. People bandying it around as a pejorative with little (if any) understanding makes me smile.

They don't quit plane around with it no matter how many times they loose its relevance.
