    • I am not convinced that's a girl
    • It seems nuts to me. Apart from a shocker of an interview at that semi final a can’t remember him ever coming across as a wanker not sure where folks getting it from.
    • It's never a foul on Johnston, but aye, for a ref it's better to let play run in situations like that because if he blows too quickly the players all stop, and it therefore denies Aberdeen the potential chance of a goal. If they had scored a goal in that scenario, where the ref blows and celtic players all stop, the decision wouldn't be changed by VAR. The better course is to let it play out. Of course, he's wrongly awarded a freekick here and the VAR probably thinks there's not enough evidence for it to be a "clear and obvious" error. Whereas if he'd simply awarded a pen, I don't think it would get overturned. With the actual foul, I've no clue what the rule actually is there nowadays. I've seen us get punished for it vs Dortmund and was pretty much the only person in the group watching the first OF who expected Dessers goal against the scum to get ruled out because of it. But during the Newcastle West Ham game a few weeks ago Anthony Gordon bought two pens doing that exact same thing as a defender was about to clear and neither were overturned. Probably another example of a rule that's become too subjective in the VAR age.
    • Could explain the drop off in form. Wouldnt wish that on anyone.
