Boyd and his lack of 'flick ons'/ team play

Why does Boyd never try and give flick ons to team mates at headers, he never bothers to even jump half the time.

Instead he runs around the defender hoping the defender will miss a bread and butter header which never happens.... just a wee thing but its much more noticeable since his return

Would like to see Boyd rested till he looks match fit and give Clark and Miller a run together as they are both work horses and have goals in them

I didnt say he is the current problem but he doesnt help the team enough imo. Our current midfield obviously isnt good enough to carry a passenger upfront and deliver things on a plate for him. Thats the truth.

He was supposedly a more complete player after his time away but i just dont see it. Goal scorer yes, team player no.
