J_RFC87 761
14/20 clubs being owned by foreign owners Far too much money being thrown about Massive debts (Chelsea are £650m in debt) for some clubs Young English lads getting overpaid, over pampered and not getting a game Teams like Man City can afford a £33mil transfer... What does people think?
DinViesel 399
The shit will hit the fan sooner or later but until then they are going to keep getting bigger and bigger whilst making us and other teams outside the EPL look smaller and smaller as we stuggle to complete. I for one will be happy when one of the "big clubs" fall to wreck and ruin when one of the sugar daddy's walk away and these clubs have to live in the real world. It is unbelievable that teams in the EPL value single players at more than our whole clubs worth.

CottonRunt 978
I worry for clubs such as Chelsea and Man City, who have been taken over by mega money chairmen! Clubs such as Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal etc will all still be big clubs, simply because if the fanbase!
1690 Posts 71
When the bubble bursts they'll seriously have to reconsider the whole set up. IMO they may consider a Euro league to keep the interest high around the globe and the money coming in if people start getting bored with the EPL. We must be in on that if it happens. Guest
I think eventually the EPL will hit the dust and then there will be a serious financial issue in football. There will be clubs with debts which will eventually make them bankrupt and teams in other leagues like the SPL will be safe because they can keep their finances in check while the EPL sits and (Excuse the pun ) will pay the price for having so much money flying around all the time for so many big name players.
