Elfideldo 4,375
The main reason I started the youth blog all those years ago was the almost non existent coverage on the official site. For sometime the official site have regularly used an edited version of my match reports. Where as I don't really mind anybody using anything I post on the blog, It would be common courtesy to let me know their intentions. Especially when not so long ago I received a threatening e-mail from the official club photographer wrongly accusing me of using one of his copyrighted photographs. Taking in last night's Development League game under the heavy rain and floodlights the numbers on the St.Mirren strips were pretty difficult to make out. So when a Saints defender turned the ball into his own net I wasn't quite sure who had scored the OG. So just to see what would happen I credited the goal not to a Saints defender but to a regular follower of Rangers youths. https://rfcyouths.wordpress.com/2015/03/30/development-league-win-in-paisley/ As you can see the "goalscorer" is not even listed in the St.Mirren squad. So I had a wee chuckle when I read the official match report today. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/galleries/item/8942-gallery-under-20s-defeat-saints Well at least he now has documentary evidence from the official website that he "scored a goal for Rangers". I have now clarified who actually scored that goal and will update the post later this week.
DarcheVinny 1,003
It is certainly time that you are (at the very least) accredited by the club for covering their youth fixtures, and probably thanked in some way.Hopefully as things settle down the media team will get in contact. Straight-Edge-Loyal 6,651
Why don't you contact the club and offer to do the reports as your work on them is outstanding

AlBear. 8,499
Been ridiculous for the last year at least, most parts of the official site have been neglected and need updating.

16BlueSherbert90 19,175
Agree with others above, you should contact the club and see about doing the official match reports...bad craic that they take credit for your work.
Ibrox_Nights 429
That is actually hilarious A complete piss take they are up to those kind of shenanigans. Your youth reports, as other have said, are top notch.
Bobby Hume 12,679
Get Jeremy Clarkson to sort out the photographer, he is after all unencumbered at this time, allegedly. PS; keep up the good reporting as you are worth your salt in that field.
The Godfather 70,782
No shame eh!About time the club acknowledged the work you are doing instead of leaching off your hard work.
Clemdog 39,389
Nicely caught out! I'm sure they're only trying to do good, but it's time they recognise your work. It must be frustrating.
Elfideldo 4,375
Now updated the post, for the record the OG was scored by Jack Baird, who coincidently was at Rangers.

RangersMedia 35,961
Unbelievable. Especially considering I have seen a few staff members on Twitter take a fit when they see the MSM lifting their quotes without credit.
WilliamFyfe 1,438
That's a shame your good work isn't credited by the clubI'd be sending them a email
