Meekings Cleared

Recommended Posts

So now that sanity has prevailed, will we also now be given the explanation from the SFA that the scum requested re the refereeing decision in that game, after all as I said in a previous thread the scum made the request public so therefore surely any reply they were given should also be made public, the banning of Josh Meekings had nothing to do with their request, it's just a smokescreen, so what I'd like to know is were the scum indeed given an explanation and if so what was it.

Not holding my breath.

They know. Lieswell is on the board, no need to send a letter to a man sitting in the front row watching the Impartial panel.

Sanity prevails, but there should be questions asked how there was such a knee jerk reaction to his banning in the first place when stupid refereeing decisions happen in almost every game but it is only the ones against the "never defeated mob" that ever make headlines.

The subject has been discussed on radio and papers for almost a week now and goes to show how much influence that vile club have on the media in this country.

That's what I mean mate, it should not be kept hush hush, like I said, as there was a written request and it was made public then I would have to assume that the SFA are duty bound to reply to an official request from a member club, and if they did then because the request was made public then it stands to reason that the reply should be made public also.

I think it would be really interesting to hear what the SFA's response was, best option for them would be to tell the scum to basically shut the fuck up, but with Liewell on the board they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Finally, common sense prevails and the ban is cleared. I suspect they knew it was a wrong decision and ICT threatened to go through the courts and appeal to as far as FIFA if they hadn't won the appeal.

It does beg the question though that how can septic influence the rules of the SFA, in such a stupid manner and get away with it.

Bringing the game into disrepute springs to mind.

John Hughes did well not to name Celtic, we know what he is driving at that though.

"First and foremost, he shouldn't be up there in the first place.

"I am a little bit embarrassed. Scottish football is getting dragged through the mud a little bit and I think there's a little more to it than we're seeing.

"You can open up a whole can of worms and, even if it goes in our favour, I don't think we have heard the end of this.

"If this is what goes on in Scottish football, I don't know if I want to be part of it.

"I am really disillusioned with it, but the amount of phone calls and texts from people I respect in the game have probably rekindled my fight to make sure I'm not going to lie down and not going to buckle."

Should never have been an issue to begin with. If it happened to us, would we be upset? Of course, especially if that lot were responsible, but they never fail to blow this nonsense up to be the equivalent of WWIII. Didn't see the actual match but watched the highlights, and watching at speed for the first time - knowing what was coming, mind you - I couldn't tell what occurred because it happened so fast. Only when I saw the slow motion replays did I make out the ball hitting the hand. Maybe that was due to the angle of the camera on the tele - I dont honestly know, but it's easy to see how the refs could have missed it if their vision was obscured by players because it happened that quickly. These numpties really need to go on Amazon.com and place a mass order for actual lives, because the ones they're living have obviously failed them miserably.
