Danny 9
Chelsea may be without a manager, but Roman Abramovich is the man who controls the purse strings and decides who will be bought to improve the team. Drogba was always going to be the first to leave after his reaction to Abramovich sacking Jose Mourinho, and his fall from grace has been re-inforced by his behaviour in the Champions League Final, when his sending off was seen by many as being a major contribution to Chelsea's downfall. Abramovich is looking to take advantage of his unrest to use him as leverage to lure AC Milan into selling the World Player of the Year Kaka, and is even willing to add Carvalho to the package as an extra sweetener. Kaka has not had a succesful season at AC Milan, and has been plagued by a knee problem for most of it. He just undergone surgery in Brazil to try and fix the problem, but Milan may decide to part ways in case there are recurrences in the future. Abramovich is willing to take that risk, and is willing to break all transfer records to get his man.
