Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
Ionic used to run a bus. Lost a lot of trade due to Wetherspoons. I would try the Thunderton or The Foundry.

Get through to Nellie Deans in Inverness, they are a blue bar from what I have heard, bogtrotters has spoken of them before. https://www.facebook.com/nellideans123 is the FB page, not sure about Elgin as it is a shithole that I left many years ago. You're shafted getting home with too many beers though unless you get that last bus. Cheers for the link, but nothing for Elgin! Thanks, I'll have a look out for these two. They are right next door to each other. They can be busy at weekends, but midweek as with most Elgin pubs are slow. You would get less hassle in these two pubs, compared to The Vic or White Horse. Although Elgin has a fairly strong Rangers fanbase, Burghead up the road is a stuanch area.
quinty 1,445
British Legion, opposite the Sheriff court might do the trick - mind you, you'd need to sign on for a couple of years first.
