Got this today.

Hi J******

Sorry about the time this has taken for the club to respond to this incident but we did make a couple of apologies relating to this complaint through various media channels.

We as a club do not agree with any the issues that have been raised through this match day programme and it ultimately led to the match day programme writer resigning. We can only apologise and hope that football supporters like yourself do not hold this against the club. We dealt with this on the Tuesday following the game and as said before put it on all our media sites, an apology was also in various  national newspapers.

We do appreciate your custom and hope that this won't affect your future visits to our club, at the end of the day we are all football supporters and we can only apologise for any offence this article may have caused.

What was written?

There was a two page spread about Rangers being a new club and how it was our first time at almondvale. Also how our club was liquidated and we lost our history.

I emailed and pointed out that UEFA and the ASA have already stipulated that we are in fact the same club and it was the holding company that was liquidated.

Yep, reasonable apology and they punted the programme writer.

Sounded quite sincere in the reply, as it did on their original apologies.

Disagree, sorry.

Given the history of haters infiltrating other clubs programmes it should be customary to check the details so as not to offend the visiting team.

When we complained there was no mention of the slander in the apology, a snide dig about Bigotry which was not an issue.

After being inundated with promises from fans not to attend their ground again we get a grovelling response.

At the risk of sound hypocritical given my well known hatred of our own boycotters we should boycott these bastards and everyone else who put the boot in over the last three years.

Let the other clubs reap the bonanza of the blue pound and the Rangers haters can get to fuck.
