King Jela 20,016
HeartsNewcastleLazioEnglandDecent picks. Think Hibs are a good shout a well.
Shetland Bear 433
Scotland is a funny one as you could argue Hearts, Hibs and Aberdeen have all underachieved massively compared to us and the scum. Hibs definitely are historically the poorest out of those three.Don't agree with Spurs though, the sixth most decorated side in English football history! Would say someone like Birmingham City given the size of the city have been truly woeful down the years. On the European level Roma are a decent shout. Until recent investment PSG would have been right up there. Hertha Berlin is a shout as well.Internationally Russia/Soviet Union, England and in the last 2 decades Argentina, no major trophies since the 1993 Copa America is pretty abysmal given the players who have turned out for them in the last 20 years. Amazingly Bradford is the sixth largest district in England and have done nothing in football terms. Englands difficult to judge with Cricket and Rugby league being big sports in many parts. BraveheartGordon 77
Queens Park (they're decision to stay amateur has IMO potentially denied them European trophies) They were bigger than we were.Newcastle UnitedRangersHungary
The Educator 1,572
Domestically we are kings, but when it comes to European Competition we are under achievers. Granted we may or my not have been cheated out of a CL final appearance and we were sabotaged by our own football authorities in cahoots with c****c in the Europa Cup final. This was the same football authorities that pushed for a limit on the number of non-Scots we could play in Europe and then changed their minds after we weakened our squad to comply. The fact is that we should have been a lot more successful in Europe than we have been with a large number of our big name signings failing to produce the goods in the European competitions for us.
