Legia chairman on BBC Sportsound.

Repeating the "football has won" line and is campaigning for a rule change.

Also wants to play the scum again for football reasons, but is aware of the bad emotions so he would have some concerns at the fans' reactions on both sides.

He has also stated that "judging by the amount of hatred he received on Twitter" it would be a risky fixture.

Had their captain scored one of the two penalties Legia got in the first leg the 3-0 punishment due to the ineligible player would have been meaningless.

If the suspended player had actually effected the result by scoring when he came on , Legia would have went through 5-4 so uefa rules are flawed. How can it be that a team suffer expulsion for commiting a breach of rules yet an even greater breach of rules would have kept them in the competition ?

If legia had won the first leg 10-1 celtic would of been awarded the tie 10-0 in the second leg.

3-0 was used as it's the minimum to change the tie.

Like if a team won the first leg 4-0 .. and 9-0 down in the second leg, if they just get 5 platers sent off and game abandoned they wouldn't just be awarded a 3-0 defeat therefor qualifying. Uefa would decide the score.

What Legia done - or didn't go - did not merit the punishment, I'd be saying that even if it wasn't against the tims. A guy playing for under 5 minutes who wasn't fully registered? Show a bit of common sense fs!
