blueben_d 40
Liverpool haven't even hit top form yet, torres finally clicked into gear today. They have the players but they usually don't have consistancy or belief. They should put in a strong challenge this year, after beating man u they will have a lot more belief
Juno 2
Nah, Liverpool will crumble once the CL starts going. It showed when they drew with Stoke after one week of it. Chelsea it is.
GOAT 30,449
Nah, Liverpool will crumble once the CL starts going. It showed when they drew with Stoke after one week of it. Chelsea it is. If Stevie G's goal actually counted against Stoke Liverpool would be top. I think Liverpool might just surprise everyone this year. For the neutral it will be good to see cos Man utd chelsea and Arsenal have dominated for years. For me I'll be fucken ecstatic.
Boab 73
I'd like them to do well, reading Carra's book at the moment. I'm not really a Liverpool fan that much at all I respect them and admire their history an awful lot after reading Shankly and Paisley books.
Shearer 124
I don't see them winning it, simply because they change things too often. I can see them being up there at the end but not winning it.
stuartm 7
Lets hope so. Rangers and Liverpool loyal

mark_ni 12
nah they have had good starts before and still collapsed and finished 4th
Amac9 2,060
No they don't have the metal to win a championship like Man Utd or Chelsea. You could see that last week by not beating Stoke at home, games you MUST win to win a league championship.
Mike Newells Sexist Army 2
No.
J_RFC87 752
No, they always bottle it and Benetiz is an over rated manager imo.
Muff 245
No chance. Once Torres or Gerrard pick up an injury/suspension/loss of form etc, they will struggle and drop stupid points.
Mark. 69
No. Nae. Negatori. They have been " 2 players away from a championship winning side " for nigh on 10 years now FFS
craigyboy86 0
i hope so .... Liverpools problem for the last 8 years or so has been consistency . in both, 2004-20005 and 2005-2006 seasons...Liverpool would have won the league if the seasons had started in late October. It was only the first 2 months that cost them Last season it was 15 games into the Premiership before Liverpool lost a game, but to many draws in that period cost them dearly. Goianegra 4,647
I really do hope so, and they haven't even got going yet. Keane's still to score as well. If Liverpool, our brothers Chelsea or Hull win... I'll be okay.
RyanMac 185
No, and i hope they don't. Chelsea will win it this year IMO, they seem to be playing really good football at the moment but still have that hardness about them. Once Scolari has got time to gel them, they will be the force. bringonthbarca 25
would love it if they did but don't thing they will manage it, as someone else said, they're couple of players short of having the class to win the epl.
