    • Part of that history and success is guaged on the cups as well as the league titles. Rangers need to win both. Just because we dont win the league shouldn't mean we just dont give a fuck about the cups. If celtic win the double they will have equaled our domestic trophy haul which was unfathomable even when we returned to the top flight. I take your point about the league being the priority, I don't think anyone would disagree, but I wouldn't be dismissing the importance of picking up cups especially now when our statement of the "most successful team in football" is at risk to them over the next 6 weeks.
    • Feeling quite apathetic about this competition now. Will be fine when the game rolls around on Sunday, but currently in a perpetual state of being scunnered by this team.
    • You can guarantee that if they won the treble, or if other teams won the cups, a lack of any trophy would be highlighted and used against the manager.
    • Struggle to see what more he could have done.  The players have bought into him. He’s shown that he can get us organised and structured. He’s shown he wants us to play with intensity and high press and he’s shown he can get results. What he can’t control is trying to do that with a small group of old and unathletic players that have shown they don’t have that in them to do it twice a week. The wheels have come off mentally and physically.  Not sure how anyone can question the rotation when our intensity has been on the decline each week. Postecoglou played a similar way but was allowed to build a squad to do it. Our scatter gun transfer policy and inability to move older injury prone players on has left us in this mess. Not Clement
