"rebuild Relationships With Scottish Football" : Dave King

Recommended Posts

He's won, barring a disaster, fair enough, i didnt want him, a lot didnt, but im willing to give him a chance to sort something out

However one thing he must, and i truly mean MUST, is take back this recent part of his latest statement

The club must also take this opportunity to rebuild relationships with the football community in Scotland. This will be to the benefit of the club and Scottish football as a whole."

The above quote hasnt been taken out of context, nothing has changed, thats Kings point word for word from todays statement

Sorry Dave but are you having a fucking laugh, for over a decade now Scottish football has tried to boot the utter shite out of us, the ordinary fan tried as much as they could to hold the front line but unfortunately our successive regimes have done nothing to back us up

We have sat back and watched as scottish football, led by a rabid tarrier team of snakes and villains, have kicked, punched, raped, pillaged and plundered our club for anything they could get their hands on

They took our money, they took our freedoms, they took our stature in the game away from us all because they didnt like us, we did nothing wrong, we were simply better than the rest and that didnt go down well, so the rest banded together to bend us over and shaft us dry, and they succeeded

Do you, Dave King, think for one second that the SPL spits, gave two fucks about scottish football when they banished us to the arse end of scottish football

do you think cunts like Lawwell, Thompson, Romanov ironic, Petrie, MIlne and the rest of the chairman in scottish football even remotely considered Rangers Football Club when they all took turns to kick into us when HMRC left us battered and bloody in the gutter

I know you wish to make a good start to your Rangers career this time around, but for the love of god treat scottish football as they have treated us, if not we will be continually walked all over as long as it suits other

Fuck Regan

Fuck Doncaster

Fuck Lawwell

Fuck Thompson

Fuck the rest, we are Rangers, we dont talk to anyone anymore

Siege mentality is goiny get us absolutely nowhere.

We need Rangers men in high positions.

That is why the taigs have ran amok the past few years.

you think King or Mini will get anywhere near the high positions

SDM and the oldco allowed the tarriers to worm their way to the top while they sat back and defended themselves and no one else

No matter how much arse kissing and cock blowing the new regime do they will NEVER be in a position of power

Siege mentality at least gives us a fighting chance, and hopefully rally's the fans together around a single point

King and Murray may not, other Rangers men/representatives may well be in the future.

The only way you can rule that out is if King was to continue where Charles Green left off and shout No Surrender to the SFA from the heavens but do actually do nothing but talk about it.

Aye, when we moving to England...?

Acting like a petulant child is not going to get us anywhere. Time some people woke up, we can't sit in the corner sulking forever.

Getting ourselves a voice in the echelons of Scottish football instead of allowing the taigs and the sheep free rule is vital, for us and Scottish football.

We don't need to kiss arse or bend over but we have to work with Scottish football. It's purely good business, not personal. Let's not get dragged into the mire of holding personal vendettas to our own detriment like the rest. We Are Rangers ffs time we started acting like it.

There is not a chance in hell that any rangers rep in the future will ever be in a position of power in scottish football, we may get a token gesture of a person invited to serve the tea at the meetings but thats it

the tarriers for 9 years claimed that Farry was simply Rangers puppet in the SFA, now that they have supreme power over scottish football they will never give it up

King doesnt need to say anything, just keep himself to himself and simply refuse to negotiate with scottish football, media and anything else to do with the regime that kicked fuck out of us for nothing

"Hey, Rangers supporters, you fucken literally fund the entirety of Scottish Football. They need us and lets make sure they know we know it".

That's what I want to hear from our chairman. That is what will land King et al and a position of power within our game.

Not some wishy washy leftist lets all be friends and feed the homeless pish.

Fuck them (not the homeless, most of them are sound.....except Chris Sutton)

Rebuilding the relationship could quite easily mean us getting our proper status back as the team to be feared rather than a going concern/standing joke(depending on standpoint) amongst the other member Clubs. Anyway, like it or not we will need to engage in proper communication at some point if we're to press on regaining some level of influence at the Association level.

Unless ofcoursr, we are happy to allow our haters to carry on making our decisions for us? Don't need to like them to have a relationship with them, factoid. ;)

It may not be a popular opinion, but he's right. We have nothing to gain from holding a childish grudge.

It's so much more than that. fuck me, we have been cleared of everything that mattered

Wanting Trophies erased from our history & trying to ransom that against our license..

Grudge my arse...

I'd sooner have cunts in court for damages, petrie & thompson for starters

Fuck them

We are not holding a "childish grudge" as you suggest, I think "never forget and never forgive". Personally I will only go to Ibrox, no away games even against the Timmohthy.....my personal choice.

do you think a lot of apologising and arse kissing from the new regime will stop them making the decisions for us?

Hopefully what Dave is putting out for public consumption is not what he really thinks.

Let him get his legs under the table first, pass the F&P tests of both the SFA and LSE.

Then we'll see what he's made of.

he wanted us to apologise to scottish football after administration even though we were innocent

unfortunately dave has a habit of apologising, ask the SA tax offices

Cobblers. As a policy, it's analogous to the 'dignified silence' approach that the club kept up for so many years. Remind me how well that one worked out for us...

Our history goes back a lot further than David Murray.

Take some time to think how your opinion would, or wouldn't, work in the real world. Try to think how we get back to the top while sat on our own while the taigs and sheep conduct the rest.

Your way leaves us open to be attacked over and over. We don't need to be silent and dignified, but I want Rangers to always be dignified. They were the standards set over 100 years ago.

Alienating ourselves from the rulers of Scottish football just leaves us vulnerable and isolated. We need to take our position back as the leaders of Scottish football, that requires a level of cooperation. Many won't find it palatable, some might walk away out of principal but it's what must happen if we are to rebuild.
