Zero chance of Legia winning their appeal and the fact that 90% of the people using that hashtag on twitter seem to be fans of our club just makes us look desperate, pathetic and obsessed.

Legia's appeal has every chance with CAS & FC Bheast know it.

Hence the continuing Fire sale

playing a guy for 3 mins at 6-1 in no way altered the result the punishment shouldnt either.

debrechan did the same in 2008 when 4-1 up and only recieved a £16000 fine with the result standing.

there is nothing in uefa rules saying 3 nil victories are the punishment.

take it all the way will be over turned by the tribunial.

Debrecen was a different situation and UEFA rules clearly state a difference in the punishments. It's been mentioned already in a previous thread somewhere if u can be bothered searching through to find it.

CaS wont overturn UEFA's ruling because UEFA followed the rules, the CaS will only overturn UEFA if they feel UEFA havent followed their own rules

The CaS may feel that UEFA's ruling is harsh, and recommend that they change it for the following season, but thats about it

imo of course

uefa did let football win, they followed the rules of their football organisation to the letter, if they didnt they would be opening up a pandoras box that they may never have closed again

its shite but we should just move on

wrong, debrecen fielded an ineligible player, legia fielded a suspended player

the rules state that a suspended player playing means the match is forfeited, and a forfeit result is 3-0

Guess you haven't read the part about the 'match delegate's' duties

OR

3 members should have made the ruling, NOT 1

and what is the match delegate supposed to do, as for the 3 members things, the 1 member gave out the punishment that has been given out before by UEFA, they didnt need 3 for what is a pretty sure fire case

In this instance, yes i would. He had served his three game ban imo. !!!

we know that, the tarriers know that, everyone knows that

but the rules state that a player must be registered to serve a ban, it isnt just something thats made up, its in the rule book, that all UEFA member teams agree to abide by
