cerberusandorthus 184
An excellent thought provoking article.http://therangersrep...r-next-manager/For "brash arrogance" - Christian Nerlinger for me

SeparateEntityMyArse 53,720
No need to be an ex Rangers player imo.
JamieG54 812
AVB no doubt about it.Cheap option is Cribari as he wants to be a coach and people on here say he has a clause when he retires to get some sort of position with us. The not so good players end up being very good Managers sometimes.
OneDavidCooper 2,505
AVB no doubt about it.Fuck off with that bollocks. The guy delivers monstrous football and is a fud.As for Cribari, the mind boggles

WATP-FOREVER 5,231
Steve Clarke would be a decent manager.

10pshortof17pound 2,492
Does not bypass the ex-player category, they did get slightly horsed today, but if you do step back and appreciate what Ian Murray has done at Dumbarton he does come across as having the coaching credentials we currently lack. I think he's probably ready for the step up and seriously worth considering.

loyalfollower 1,543
Steve Clarke would be a decent manager. yes he would. Doubt he would take the job though
elephants stoned 2,994
Shota would be a good bet or Numan but we shouldn't restrict ourselves to ex players, the last one RR did they put Craig 4-6-0 Levine as a candidate
subcrawl 43
Some folk have got their head in the clouds. We would struggle to attract some of these candidates under previous circumstances let alone financially crippled and in the Championship. And legendary players usuall don't make legendary managers.McCall for me. McInnes is about the same level but is under contract and at a club that has some potential. Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
A good read, , throws up some good names without taking it too seriously. Craig Levein?!?! Whilst we are it, George Burley? Kenny Shiels?!
Ger77 742
l would welcome any of the foreign ones. The Scottish ones would be no better than what we have IMO.The next few years are vital for the future wellbeing of this club, we need fresh ideas and methods to take us forward. TheRoyalBlueShirt 140
Stick with Ally for 3-in-a-row, then we'll talk
james_85 656
Billy Davies, plays good attacking football and knows how to work with a minimal budget, done well at both Derby and Nottingham Forest with hardly a penny
topgoalie 637
Reading Rio Ferdinands book at the moment and he waxed lyrical about Ian Dowie, about how much he was ahead of his time.Being a huge bluenose..which helps got me thinking...has immense contacts etc.....but for the record I think the last thing we need is more instability amongst the club at this moment in time tbf. BlueSuedeSambas 53,782
I'd like to see Kenny Jackett get the job at some point. He's a manager who I really like but I think he's outwith our reach until we are established challengers to celtic again.
