"Locking this for a while.

Reason being that there isn't anything going on over Ibrox way, and the thread has become little more than a Rangers Chatroom for a small number of posters. This isn't really what KDS was intended to be used for. We're a Celtic forum first and foremost, so it seems odd (to the mods at least) that people come on here primarily to discuss Rangers.

Of course there will be events related to Rangers that are worth discussing. However, we're not comfortable with people using KDS only to chat informally about Rangers."

Likewise with this guy.

Seems eminently sensible. I always thought that however pathetic and comical the team may be, if you find yourself primarily reading and posting about a lower league team from across the city then there are probably better places to do it than a self-described 'Celtic Football Club Discussion Forum'.

At 1:09PM...

"Who is Rangers 33?

Could be famous last words but he looks like he's been plucked from the Saturday morning churches league."

Seen this gem too.

On the plus side I'm now fluent in the Gaelic phrase "Goal for Rangers"

Smelly bastards, it's about time they were all put back in their place.

You show me a tim that isn't concerned with what they witnessed today and I'll show you a liar.

Rangers are coming.

the Tims will be busy bullshitting to themselves to prop up their delusions, but the ones with half a brain know Septic are not as good as they were 3 years ago and Rangers are at the start of massive improvements in the squad, a good manager and a much better team that will keep improving through out the season. 3 windows still to go for buying better players and the money front is getting better, Rangers will be a real threat to them but they will kid their selves on until we pump them. Then the truth ,Rangers are back, will hit home. I could see us meeting them in a cup and doing them this season.

I would rather avoid them this year but I fully agree, by the time we get up to speed this year we would make a much better game of it ;)

Do The Rangers fear us?

From Warbuton playing down the fixture as a preseason game.

The comments on h** forums - disappointed/dreading the draw with us.

The fact that time and time again they seem to crumble when we play them.

The fact they are playing a H*** of old tactics by tapping up our players before a match.

I used to hate playing them, now I can't wait for the games to come around.

Do we hold some sort of mental fear over them that they can't shake. I think we do which is a strong position to be in.

It's the type of thing that could make us league winners, and a win today would carry their feeling of dread/fear into this season which is why a win today is important.

Mon the hibs.
