BlueSuedeSambas 53,754
McCoist is going to end up banning twitter IMO.Just the other day he was talking about how he doesn't see it as a positive thing and this will only add to that.
JMac_88 310
None of our Club Staff should be using Twitter. in my view...Everyone should be told to shut-down their accounts whilst being at Rangers...

SuperAli 1,350
Walter banned social media at times when things became unacceptable or it wasn't needed. Law needs to remember who pays his wages. Ally should have his finger on the pulse regarding this kind of thing but I wouldn't be surprised if he was at Law's telling him to tweet and getting pissed with him. He doesn't seem much of a role model, if he carries on the players are more likely to do the same.We need a manager who takes no shit and does not allow players to get themselves into this situation in the first place.Personally I'd ban all social media.its a ticking time bomb. Getstiffed 8,863
Chosen by the players you play against?Correct me if Im wrong but didn't the manager himself say "what do sparkies and brick layers know about football" or some such. Our treatement room would be full if it was real bullets we used to shoot ourselves in the foot. Bearshire1872 21
McCoist would love to ban twitter. Walter did it, that one time, and copying Walter has made him the manager he is today!....
No Country For Tims 0
If the fans are allowed to give it then they should accept getting it in return.
JCDBigBear 10,810
McCoist needs to have a word with these boys, they're out of control. We need to retain a sense of perspective here. It may be ill-advised but it is hardly bringing RFC into disrepute. I do think a word with the players would help. I don't use Twitter and have no idea how it works but it does appear to be far too open.
Robespierre 589
If the fans are allowed to give it then they should accept getting it in return. No they shouldn't, after the performances we've been subject to over the past few weeks, I'd say the players have got off lightly. trueblue68 2,497
He has the right to reply - i am surprised rangers fans are saying things like that to a player if true. It comes across as something we would not normally do.
TheQueensEleven 1,355
I don't blame him. People are making out as if he put himself up for the award fuck sake. He was excellent at the start of the season and his performance has drastically declined, doesn't mean everyone needs to take to twitter and give the guy abuse. Already had an incident where Simmo and his son got abuse by so-called fans. Some of our fans act more tim like by the day!
Inigo 32,526
This is all a bit ridiculous. We are so easily offended these days. It's almost like we go looking for the opportunity to be offended.I remember the days we used to laugh at the mhanks for being easily offended.
