Ok not read the rest if this thread since this post, so apologies if this is s repeat. Rangers statement t was after a weekend of concerted 'give celtic the title' in the press, it was constant from all the cheerleaders, one of whom changed his mind between Friday and Monday, another had two different opinions based on Scottish football and English football. Rangers were absolutely correct to put out that statement, otherwise the agenda was truly set.

I think all top flight clubs in Britain should be deducting 10% of their players wages and donating it to the NHS to help with this testing time for them.

I’d be willing to bet if we were in their position, it would be null and voided already and we would be branded scum for still expecting to celebrate winning a title

Think it's a mistake to gloat about this at this particular time. Folk at Hearts and other clubs will lose their jobs/have their salary cut at a time when it will proper fuck them and when there's more than enough to worry about anyway.

That’s my oldest nephews school exams been cancelled. He put out a statement saying “I want As in every subject as I was looking good for them anyway”. In the real world he was laughed at but the SPFL said they will see what they can do. 😎😎😎😎

Some of the hand wringing comments on this thread are hilarious. Personally I couldn't give a fuck if everyone and anyone associated with Hearts (who died in 1905 anyway so not like it's never happened before) lost their jobs. Fuck them. Would like nothing better than to see them fold and the rat bastard Naismith flung on the scrapheap. Pretty much same goes for every other club in this rancid shithole. My local club Stirling Albion are struggling badly, and after attending a match there as a guest in the "home" stand when we had the misfortune to play in that tin pot little ground and hearing 90 minutes of "sevco" and McCoist being an orange bastard hopefully they go under soon as possible. In short,I wouldn't give a flying fuck for any club in Scotland, from ball boy to chairman, and certainly not any supporter, the vast majority of whom all took great delight in what happened to us. Die. The sooner the better.

https://fourladshadadream.blog/2020/03/18/the-truth-about-investment-our-new-head-of-coms-and-the-daily-fight-with-our-governing-body/ The truth about investment, our new head of coms and the daily fight with our governing body Steven Clifford Uncategorized March 18, 2020 7 Minutes Sickness and a burst eardrum has meant a delay on this blog but I hope the following will provide you with an update of all goings on at the club currently. The truth about investment, Dave King and our new chairman. Who exactly is David Graham our new head of coms and exactly why we should believe in him, the clubs daily contact with the SPFL and the strict professional regimes the players are following. First of all the paper stories on investment is something that needs addressing to clarify the exact truth of the story. I have long since said any announcement of this magnitude should come from the club but as it’s out there I will look at it. As we now know and as told to Andy Newport of PA, Dave King is not selling up his shares and has no intention of doing so. None of the current shareholders are selling, this is a new fresh share issue which will issue fresh new funds straight into the club directly. The club have confirmed the news of Stuart Gibson is true and all going well he will be coming on board, but the headline of ‘Millionaire property tycoon set to take over at Rangers’ is completely untrue and misleading. Stuart Gibson will be another fresh new investor alongside the current shareholders and will provide fresh funds into the club. He won’t be the new owner and he won’t be a single sole ‘sugar Daddy’ like the article suggests. It’s important to know that because anyone thinking he will come in and splash cash etc is setting themselves up for disappointment. Stuart Gibsons arrival on the board with fresh new capital is true and it is fantastic new investment for the club. All going well he will join the club and provide working capital with other shareholders going forward, the present shareholders will all invest in the new share issue also. Stuart Gibson is also not the only new investor and there will be more in the new share issue. But this is where I believe any news should come from the club and any announcements on money etc should be clarified by them. We have been here many times and had our hopes raised so any information should be from them only. There is no concerns about the clubs financial health imminently either just incase anyone has seen that deadly seven day ‘spreadsheet’. This share issue and the announcement of a new chairman will be coming in the very near future. It’s also worth noting that any shortfall will be covered by the existing board and shareholders as Dave King previously confirmed. The fight regarding commercial deals remains covered by our boardroom and any scaremongering that this fresh investment will merely cover that is best ignored. The share issue will provide Rangers with a clean slate, fresh capital and will clear all current director loans. The club have confirmed we will work within budgets, the difference is we now have a transfer budget which can be boosted by trading player assets of which we now have many. Rangers will be in the best of financial health, no debt with a positive bank balance, we will also have shareholders on the board with financial clout should we need any help. Just as Dave King promised. David Graham was this week announced as the new Head of Rangers communications with Jim Traynor leaving the club in the next few weeks. David will be known to some as a ‘podder’ from the excellent Heart and Hand podcast, which I subscribe and thoroughly recommend. Anyone wanting to know who he is should listen to the ‘who am I’ feature with David but for those who don’t subscribe, I will tell you a bit about him and why he is suitable for the job ( https://www.patreon.com/heartandhand to sign up and hear David’s feature ) A lot of people have asked who exactly David is and why he is qualified for the job. David has worked for over ten years as a special advisor, senior Parliamentary aide and as a city councillor. He also has a background within education leadership and has worked on several public relations projects for private businesses. This has meant he has brokered some high level deals during his time with the DUP, shaped press releases and narratives for politicians at high levels. He has taken major politics head on and fought for what he believes in. He has vast experience in dealing with difficult situations and dealing with difficult press stories. What he strongly believes in is Rangers and comes in ready to tackle our issues straight on. He has a remit to solve the current stand off with the BBC, the issues with Fare and our current problems with local politicians. This is a man who has helped shape a Billion pound deal between the DUP and the Tories. Taking on the BBC and the local government is exactly what he thrives on doing. Rangers could have appointed a huge firm with strategies and ideas, David has all that and experience of what he is doing, plus he is a Ranger with first hand experience of the challenges we face and much more importantly he knows exactly how the support feel. Yes he is a proud unionist but despite what you read in the rags, that is not a crime. David has many friends from a wide range of backgrounds and a diverse family tree which betray any attempt to paint him as a bigot, he’s far from it. Perhaps even the real bigots are those who decide to character assassinate him over the last few days. David firmly believes in and will drive forward ‘Everyone Anyone’ as demonstrated by his recent radio interview. David has done the job for two days, in that time he has shaped a press release for Stewart Robertson which was succinct and to the point, briefed the manager on an interview which he came across superbly well in and affected our social media output on twitter etc yesterday. You could argue he’s made more of an impact in two days than anything previous. The proof will of course be in the pudding, so to speak, but I would bet that days of Rangers issuing long winded statements and promising action, which never arrives, are well and truly gone. It’s been small steps in only a few days but it is at least enough to make us at least confident in giving David Graham a chance in the role. Northern Ireland politics will feel like a party when he realises the job we face as Rangers in this modern century. There has already been noticeable change of tone within the club and it has been made clear that David will tighten up on leaks and misinformation. We might just have someone equipped to handle the challenges ahead. Like the coaching staff David will need time to implement the cultural changes in how Rangers conduct themselves within mainstream society. Just because he’s ‘one of our own’, doesn’t mean he’s right for the job but it does mean we need to give him our full support and time to show the outside world what Rangers is really all about. Since my last blog football has stopped as we know it and it’s unlikely to start again anytime soon. With the agenda and narrative already been set in the public rags, Rangers have quietly made there stance to the SPFL very clear. Rangers are not prepared to allow any titles to be handed out without them being won fairly. The club have made our position clear to the governing bodies, any titles given out we will be prepared to fight for and we are prepared to go as far as it takes. However unlikely it may seem to some Rangers could still win the title and until that is mathematically impossible we are prepared to fight for that right. The club have been on to our Governing bodies every day since the league has came to a stop and our message consistent every time. Our statement on Monday was clear and the clubs actions behind closed doors are exactly the position I want from the club. It’s never over until it’s over and awarding titles, or relegations may I add, before they are mathematically possible is completely unethical and unfair on every supporter who invests in a season before the first ball is kicked. Who is to say the current leaders wouldn’t have suffered a drop in form like we ourself have? They were two minutes away from a title before and blew it, no matter how unlikely nothing has been won. The narrative and false stories from the tabloids have been sickening but the message of not buying, clicking or sharing has never been more evident than now. They appear desperate for titles to be handed out, even printing untruthful stories about 75% league games meaning titles are won. One thing is clear, any dodgy titles won’t be recognised and will be fought against by our club. We were told our club ‘won’t be left wanting’ in this fight, it’s seems they have followed that up and it seems we really are prepared to take the gloves off in this fight. Finally as the club are now currently in limbo the players have been given a strict training regime and diet to follow. Everyone of them will have to report weight, body fats and conditions into the club. They are in regular touch with management and remain Ready. The priority and mindset is to rest up and regroup but be ready to go as soon as authorities tell us so. When that will be is anyone’s guess however. So no more football for the foreseeable is a huge blow to everyone, Rangers isn’t a choice, it’s a way of life no matter the circumstances. I will continue blogging where it is possible and I hope to bring you the truth about our club where it is available. I hope to have a few podcasts shortly and hopefully help curb our thirst for Rangers content slightly. Until then thank you for your support Ignore the nonsense, the irrelevant and the noise

This is going to be locked because of the same bollocks as in the last one. Not one football authority has said anything concrete concerning no more football getting played. Im not listening to the “I spoke to so and so” pish. I will wait for something concrete while just giving my opinion on the matter. 👍

Absolutely not! You had been on here telling us that the SPFL had made up their minds and were crowning champions. You stated that they were telling clubs this. Rangers and Hearts were quite right to come out and highlight that it was wrong to do this. I dont believe Rangers or Hearts have come out and stated what should happen, just that now is not the time for rash decisions, unlike anther team who are demanding they are declared the winners.

By stating that Rangers should have kept quiet/said nothing is most certainly condemning their statement.

We don’t live in some utopia where everybody loves everybody, everycunt in this shithole country hates everybody, and In fact the only thing that brings folk together in this country is their equal hatred towards our club. Cunts going on about folk on here not caring about hearts staff etc taking a pay cut can fuck up as far as am concerned. If you really really care why not stop having a go at Rangers fans for not giving a fuck and help the desperate. I for one could not give a fuck. All and sundry wanted us dead and buried, why the fuck should I now care about them, to which they will reply “that makes you no better than them” oh but it does as We aren’t the ones trying to fuck them over the way they did to us, we are simply human beings who have other problems on our plate, and no time to worry about cunts that tried to bury us. I’ve no proof but I’m willing to bet 2 bog rolls that when we were at our darkest, the hearts staff were gloating and having a great laugh about it, so fuck em.

Yes years ago .... too many for my liking .... the Hearts fans and us used to sing the Sash together both at Scotland games .... a long long time ago when the majority of the team were Rangers players and we had more pride in our national team.... and when we played each other in league games. We referred to them as our brothers from the East .... and they us as their brothers from the West .... pretty amicable generally save for a few wayward rascals occasionally .... who were swiftly dealt with on both sides I have to say in fairness .... but mostly no bother at all. A good few years before 2012 ..... probably due to our pretty healthy success rate .... Laudrup's cup final especially .... it all went sour .... and jealousy ....resentment and taig like behaviour began to creep into their support as it had with others ... then it all exploded when their manager caused an uproar in 2012 .... when he .... backed up by the support .... was the first to point an accusing finger in our direction .... which even got Sandy Jardine .... a massive hero with both clubs .... in a rage at the wrongful accusations of cheating ... tax evasion etc. etc. .....the rest is history and the camaraderie ended with a horrendous bang ..... while the hatred flourished and not just at Hearts. Basically the entire league structure in the country ... bar a very few clubs .... showed their true colours ..... and the hatred went totally endemic from north to south ... east to west .... and does not look like it will ever subside. So today is today ... and it is what it is ..... the situation with the arrival of COVID -19 is really scary due to the severity of the virus which will cause even more lingering social problems .... other than the obvious serious health risks .... not the least being the interruption of finances due to people being laid off. In the larger scheme of things though the lay offs from football clubs having to temporarily cut back staff for the duration of this pandemic will be a drop in the ocean .... compare that scenario to the overall loss of regular employment and finances to the general public in particular who could be out of employment for a lot longer due to companies possibly folding and closing up shop .... it means nothing. This is a situation that could very well be the ruin of many peoples' lives ..... especially the most vulnerable in society ..... that is a scenario that will break people and families world wide and that will be an everlasting shame through no fault of their own and deserves all the kindness and compassion the strong can muster to lessen their burden ..... human kindness will prevail as each person sees this situation through to the best of their ability .... and also help others where they can. As far as feeling any emotion close to compassion towards Hearts Football Club .... or any other football club in this country .....I find it extremely difficult to feel their pain .... they were the first to put the boot into our great Club in 2012 instigated I have no doubt by the beasts from the east end of Glasgow .... with the rest of them following suit..... and therefore deserve nothing but derision for the situation they find themselves in now ..... which is absolutely nothing compared to the position we found ourselves in in 2012 .... when the whole country turned on us and put their boots on our neck and tried to destroy us ..... thankfully we pulled through and they all lost ..... Karma. Karma is coming again ...... for other football clubs ..... not their fault ..... but Karma doesn't care ..... why should we? 🇬🇧

Well in Spain... La Liga will not be awarded to Barca for their current league standing. https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/sport/18317809.celtic-vs-Rangers-title-race-precedent-set-spanish-fa-wont-award-barcelona-title-coronavirus-ends-season/ There’s no way they could crown celtic champions on current standings if the big leagues continue to put the kibosh on it.

The point is that there are hundreds of crackpot solutions if you decide someone must be the winner. And none of them is better or more valid than the next one. In football, we abandon and start again. Been good enough literally for centuries. All of this fannying about is purely to benefit a team who should, by this stage, have been closed down for crimes against children. There’s even a case for saying that those lobbying on behalf of the scum need to be looked at a bit more closely.

I can’t see any either, no team has done enough to win the league just as no team has done enough to be relegated. Void it is the only fair way to go if the league can’t be completed before UEFA’s deadline. There’s an argument to do what is in the best interests of football teams that are struggling and call it finished now, this will allow them to activate any insurance policies and SFA to put all their efforts into keeping clubs alive. Trying to steal a league title is insignificant compared to that but even clubs going out of business I wouldn’t call severe at this moment of time, people are dying and that cunt thinks language like that is acceptable.

So why not use their discretion to declare that a the rule that states a champion must be voided because teams have not played the same number of games and played things to a natural conclusion? You are saying its perfectly fine for ignoring a rule because it makes things difficult for them or they dont want to deal with the problems, but its completely fine to relegate teams and crown champions who have played more or less games than their rivals. I would say that it is perfectly logical that you cannot crown a champion or relegate someone and that these rules become 'unachievable' or whatever the wording is. You have went beyond the point of reporting what the SPFL want to do and have moved fully behind their position and appear to be cheerleading for it.

Maybe many had but it would still be the wrong thing to crown anyone as champions unless they cannot be caught. I'm sure even the most fair minded Rangers fan would never 'not be arsed' about them winning the league irrespective of the circumstances.

The morally correct thing to do would be to cancel all tournaments this season and dedicate next season's tournaments and trophies (whenever it happens) to all the victims of the Covid 19 epidemic. Nothing more nothing less. Humanity and compassion much, much more important than football.
