Definately NO Got to build a team around guys this age. He is good but can still get better. The team needs some stability and remember the years are catching up on one or two regulars.

Aye just pure brilliant. No passing the ball backwards halfway down the pitch either. Real football with the opponents goal the only way to go!

Back to my old fashioned thinking again but for me I always like to see the captain of the team in the rearguard. It stands to reason from there you have much better reading of the game. The other thing which destroys a captains authority are coaches and their assistants screaming like dervishes from the touchline. If they cannot get their game plan sorted in the days/week before the game how the heck do they expect to get it sorted in 90 mins!

Think it would be a brilliant idea myself. But with limitation to begin with. Obviously the language players use on the football field would have to be severely curtailed. You dont need to be a very good lip reader to follow the expletives commonly used and shown on tellly! So why not wire up the officials and team managers /coaches for a first step. Maybe once players realise that their manager can hear their "questions/explanations" they might just use a bit of moderation. Similarly managers listening to the refs explanation to a player would be much less likely to break into the hilarious antics sometimes displayed on the sidelines. And finally yes it might just make officials a little less "whistle happy" so allowing a flowing game. At the end of the day though everyone has to show a bit more respect for each other ... but that is true of life in general. Yes I am an RM oldie!

That kind of performance makes you mad. Absolute pits. hard to pick anyone out apart from Klos and Hemdani for the goal which was well taken but we didnt deserve. Ferguson back to his moaning pathetic best tonight snarling at his own players and passing the ball backwards..this is not leadership! Boyd well he may have scored a barrowload for us and other teams but the guy is off form and I mean really off form. Walter Smith is not doing him any good keeping in the team Take him out and give him a break. The passing out of defense was terrible. Prso great brain , huge heart but legs are finished only good for twenty minutes now. There is awful lot to do at Ibrox yet i fear.

Bio's right actually. Over the past months been loads of people saying Novo is grafter but not Rangers class etc etc. A few months ago I remember somone saying it was time the supporters got off our own players backs and gave them support on the pitch. Have to say I agree with this. Hutton Svennson and even Hemdani have all come in for it. If they are playing for the Gers give them support .. and aim the caustic comments at the opposition instead!

I can see why the goals scored ratio is used as justification for Boyd but I feel he is actually getting worse as a team player not better. He is a strong lad but just doesnt seem to have the hunger that class strikers need. Mostly radio commentry I get so cant assess his fitness level but sounds like somethingis wrong

I reckon if UEFA look at this they should conclude that not one but two of their players should have action taken against THEM. One for the first tackle and the second for the most blatant feigning of injury of all time.The guy takes about four steps away then goes down like he is shot! Barry would have been better to have kept his hand down but if he was spat on as well....who wouldnt.

I would add Boyd to that list except he doesnt probably doesnt know what workrate means. Absolutely shocking if the ball is more than two yards from him he wont bother his ass. Oh yes i know all about the goal stats but most decent CFs can put away penalties and tap ins. As for Rae think Wattie would have been better swopping him and Hutton! At least the latter can actually run. Murray and Novo I think tried but oh boy do they need a bit of sharpening up. Adam well not really on that long to make a great contribution

I thought we had a clear out of the medics at Ibrox when PLG left. But still the same situation persists. We either buy guys who last a week or two and they are crocked or guys come back in and then they get injured again. Our injured player ratio for years now must be one of the highest in the SPL. What is going wrong?
