    Great in terms of assists and goals. We wouldn’t be close at this time of the season without him.

    He has had a great season but we need to be better defensively and recruit better in forward areas. The best Rangers teams were always solid first and foremost. We need to get the balance right moving forward.

    It’s not the point. He’s been great for us. We are weak at the back that any half decent team exploits. We need to get the balance right and recruit better in forward positions.

    Agreed again. He’s been exceptional for us but if we get the forward positions correct we are less reliant on his attacking attributes. We still have a soft centre defensively and Tav for all his attacking qualities is culpable for that along with Goldson.

    Agreed but it needs to change with less reliance on his attacking attributes as defensively he is a weak link. Get the recruitment correct in forward positions has to be a priority moving forward.

    Agree to an extent. It’s the ability of our team to soak up pressure. Just don’t see us doing that. Need to be brave and press them.

    It’s not a dig at Tav he’s been exceptional for us just feel these are the little changes I hope the management make moving forward.

    The team needs to evolve. Tav has been excellent for us but we need to find a way moving forward of being less reliant on his attacking prowess with getting our recruitment right in our forward positions.
