This was a PR spin. There is no way £750m will be spent in the Ibrox area on a new hotel development. Glasgow is full of 'New hotel Developments'
What you see happening is what you will get. Low cost housing.
As far as developing the stadium it is not going to happen. These things are mooted to attract buyers to the club. If a potenial buyer thinks he can get his hands on a £750m development it makes Rangers more attractive.
Dont listen to everything you hear from PR people there is always another story lurking in the shadows.
