No, because as folk have probably already pointed out, we've only just started negotiations for a new kit deal. Next.

The 16/17 keeper shirt is no longer being stocked, and as we've seen, has clearly been replaced for the current campaign. So the current keeper kit should go on sale at the same time we release new stock of the home kit in early November. There's no reason for them not to.

The fact is that we should not and cannot be the only club in British football unable to release a kit in a specific colour. Nobody else would tolerate such a ridiculous taboo and neither should we. Luckily, the new GK shirt fits the bill. Certainly hope the club don't bottle out of releasing it when the time comes ??

Pretty disappointed tbh. The club and suppliers will say it's because of when the retail deal was sorted, but with such a late release (Oct?) there was plenty time to get something better put together.

Got a horrible feeling that we're gonna hear nothing for a few more weeks until the season has almost begun, before another damp squib kit launch and sheepish excuses from the club about the retail situation not being sorted yet. Really, really hope I'm wrong.

You can't be forgiven for exaggerating because '85 mins of pish' doesn't really reflect the whole game. We had the better of the first half... And seeing them trudge for the exits was hugely satisfying, maybe there'll be more moments like this before the season ends!
