I resent all the traitors as much as you do mate but I believe Wylde left with best intentions, unlike the rest of them. Laugherty etc are dead to me, I'd rather shite in my hands and clap than turn up to watch those cunts play fitba but as far as Gregg Wylde goes, if he came back to Ibrox one day? Would have nothing but respect for the guy after the way he went about things.

We never had any prospects of a takeover at the time though? A highly likely outcome was liquidation when he walked, the traitors had opportunities to transfer contracts but never, they fucked off for a load of cash. Totally different situations no?

Why would he sign a five year deal then months later walk for nothing? He could've hung about and got a pay off but never.

He volunteered to have his contract terminated instead of hanging about for compulsory redundancy which was a real possibility at the time. Did he have an offer from Bolton when he quit Rangers? Who knows but he left when the chances were he was going to be made redundant as that's what D+P were saying. He never took a penny from Rangers which he would have got if his contract was binned. IMO he did what he thought was right and knew he would get a game elsewhere and made a moral decision. I'd shake his hand if I met him.

He was first to walk as I recall but at the time, we were absolutely fucked and he stated he was leaving for the good of the club, no hard feelings from me and wish him well. Definitely not a traitor IMO and was a brave and mature move for a young lad.
