  1. Just once could the veil of obfuscation be lifted ffs. Can't wait until King goes and takes all this shite with him.
  2. Zero debate that it was obvious that he had to go. It's a little ironic though that the guy that the board turn to, twice, to get them out of a hole gets turned into the bad guy. Such is the nature of football though, a million moving parts but everything falls at the feet of the manager. Next appointment is so critical.
  3. It's the "we're not far away" and "they'll get worse" rhetoric that hinders getting close. It makes you think that you need less (less quality mostly) than what you really do in order to make the material difference. We were supposedly "close" when we beat them at Hampden. We were supposedly "close" at the beginning of last season and the scum were meant to be shite. Dorrans and Jack were the signings that would stop them dominating us in midfield. NONE of this has turned out to be remotely true. They still dominate and we're still miles away. We're as close to matching them as the sheep are and they're fucking miles away too. But at least we have the means to do something about it if we actually put the effort in.
  4. Yeah he should stay. A couple more draws against SPL no hopers in the coming weeks followed by a hammering at the piggery will get the juices pumping. Oh aye, but he "stood up to Brown" whilst making a fool of himself by exposing the fact that Brown and celtic clearly got under his skin and he couldn't control himself. Utter fucking malaise throughout the club where accepting this type of "form" and continual defeats against the scum is seen as being "supportive" of some no-hope coach and his bevvy of shite signings. Maybe when they get ten in a row people might be up for a change?
  5. Really disappointed with Dorran's given all the hype of him being the best midfielder in Scotland. Will be sweet when we finally manage to beat them though.
  6. Hmmm. Certainly not ideal but I don't suddenly think it means a hammering. Whoever steps in will step up I'm sure. Hope he's back soon though.
  7. Just looking at the scoreline on Livescore is totally surreal. Fuck knows what it must've been like for the lads in the crowd. Sickener doesn't even come close.
  8. Reap what you sow imo. Is there a link to this anywhere (sorry couldn't find it on Daily Mail site). Would like to forward on to a few SPhell surrporters to let them see what's around the corner for them.
  9. You tell me, since you seem to know that they'll be making a loss... Pretty naive logic anyway. There's was me thinking that Sky had other income than advertising, subscribers or something...
  10. Not that I'm fussed re. Sky's financial position (them taking a large hit and cutting money to EPL would benefit us in the long term I think) but I'm curious as to how Sky could make a loss covering a game?
  11. I'm sure we're saying the same thing here! Although some of the language in the releases could make some people think otherwise! "RANGERS, the Scottish football club, today announces its intention to seek Admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange." "Fans and others interested in investing in the Club should register with Capita Registrars only". Charles aint no fool that's for sure!
  12. I said they could 'choose' to sell the club to another company. Anyway, it's a extremely unlikely scenario so hey ho. Would be better though if there was a way to invest actually into the club and own a part of it. Rather than own a part of the company that currently owns the club.
  13. Is that right though? The company that the shares are being offered in could choose at some point in the future to sell the club to another company? Leaving the shares to be about as valuable as the ones in the company Whyte decided to destroy. It seems that as the club / company are two different entities, the fans have no real way of investing directly or buying a piece of the club..
