It says down the bottom (where it says network provider on internet) requesting then back to my provider. after several tries it comes up "suceecded the amount of redirect attemps". It also hasnt been hidden. It got deleted because i updated to os6 then downgraded back to os5, it then dissapeerd mate

i have a hp dv9821. The laptop was running well until one day it just cut out, i then tried to turn it on again, and the blue lights came on for about 2 sec(power, volume, mute, etc) and then cut out. I left it for 20 mins and it came on fully and i was on the internet for 5 mins then it cut out again, and will not start or even flash the blue lights. Any help on what may be broken?
