  1. I too, believe we have a good set up. Especially knowing the players we have returning from injury.
  2. I am an optimistic guy! Always have been when it concerns Rangers. My optimism this time , I suppose, surrounds our manager. I think we have unearthed an absolute gem. I hope we don't fuck it (or him) up.
  3. 'If results go his way' what would be a successful haul (point wise?)
  4. Stick or twist moment Though! What would you do (as of now)?
  5. Souness, Walter, Advocaat, Mcleish, Walter (again) brought me so much joy by winning the league in my lifetime; however, my question to you is, if not Murty then who? I like his passion. He lets his heart do the talking during interviews which is a very different technique to Walter; however, I believe it has evoked a spark from current players which I suppose is good. He has definitely had a positive reaction. Murty has had been in charge of two old firms games (both of which we have been expected to get beat) and we came away unscathed. I hope the pressure of winning at Ibrox doesn't take its toll on our players tomorrow (Hibs game x2) and we do our manager proud. I like him and I also like his signings. I hope our players can fight for him tomorrow! If he wins I don't think I need to ask the question again, but if we lose... Who takes over?
  6. The guy has been busting a gut to play for us. He has had some serious injury setbacks and a minority seem to want to off load him. The guy was an England captain within his year group. When will we ever be able to sign a player of his potential again?
  7. He could be a passive member! There are plenty out there.
  8. To think that our current players are not members on here is utterly naive. Jordan has no doubt seen this thread and questioned our (only those who fucked him off) humanity. Given some of these comments, If he were my son and he was at any other team other than the one that I supported, I would tell him to sack it. The guy seems a good 'un'!
  9. There are parts of me that think we should persevere with him for a little longer. Chris Burke had horrific injuries with us then left us, and practicaly went injurt free for years, and done well down south. Then there is a little bit of me that thinks we haven't the money that we once had to gamble on injury prone players. Dont get me wrong, I think if we get this boy fit and playing, I believe we could make a little profit on him.
  10. I found it hard watching this interview! The guy is clearly hurting and I can't think of any other manager that has shown that type of emotion (Kevin Keegan included-SKY induced, included) after a defeat; or series of defeats. It maybe hard to comprehend to some people but not all coaches want to coach adults. They might not have the: social or psychological presence; confidence or influence that is needed. Graeme has been relatively successful with the youngsters but that does not mean he has the mettle to continue upward. I think his interview showed he cares- just like us Rangers Media fans; however, it is a crying shame that he is in this position. He, more than anyone else at this moment in time, must wish that that the managerial position is sorted so that he can go back to his young guns. Yes, he has chosen the team etc. (over the last few games) but well done to him for not hiding.
  11. The ball was outside the lines. What the actual fuck!
  12. I have RTV and I also have (and use) a VPN, yet when I go to watch the games the website asks for me to pay £5 to watch it. Is this the norm when I already pay the monthly subscription? It is crazy that recently I can get flawless streams elsewhere yet not get it from a site I actually pay for.
  13. If there is a crowd that is needing a bit of entertainment it is ours. go on Niko!
  14. To have a guy like Niko in our team! In any (Scottish) team... Probably one of the best players in the league. And yet our own support often ridicules him! Not everyone, but a good proportion! Sometimes I sit down and watch a game and think this is our true one world-class player. Left midfield for me!
  15. This must have been a dream, surely!
  16. I also, don't know where to start. The team who seem to have always looked up to Rangers as being their 'big brother' now see them being humiliated by an absolute minnow by their own standard. Bloody crazy!
  17. Currently on holiday in Turkey with my family where my son (and I, but him in particular) had been looking forward to tonight's game. No point talking about that shite, all I can say is when my 11 year old boy has visible tears from his team getting beat by complete pretenders, where the fuck do we begin. I was angry towards the whole team (even the new-comers as they should not be exempt, as they cost us good money). I was angry at the whole team for evidently not trying until they fell behind, what the hell kind of attitude does that instill for the months to come? I hate (and I hardly ever use this phrase, but giving that this is the worst result in our history (my own opinion!) the fact that this group of players are playing for the team that holds the mantle as the 'worlds most successful club' yet seem as though they do not give a flying fuck. Seeing my son cry because of the influence I have instilled upon him is not something I want to see, however he is so passionate, I believe it is youngsters like this who truly care, that are our future players as well as fans. There are many tactical points to note tonight but the most blatently obvious is the leader on the park. This has to change! This now, surely, has go to Bruno Alves who is the player with the most European experience and international caps! There will be a meltdown from this result but it is well and truly warranted!
  18. Please delete (double post)
  19. Auchinleck Talbot would have beaten this team. Without a doubt! Fucking deplorable!
  20. I believe he is our best offensive option to create chances. I also believe similarly to many others who have stated the obvious, on here, that he will not be up to the task of 'getting in about it' this season. However, Niko has that: skill; vision; tactical know how and experience (real European experience) that we need.We should be building our team around him (if Pedro has plans for him to stay?) not just have him play in midfield to make up the numbers.
  21. It really fucking is! So frustrating to watch these two players, who we (rightly so) held in high regard last season, play like Junior footballers. Brutal!
  22. First half was brutal, as was Halliday. He had a much better game in the second and consequently so did we. I didn't think he made the difference; however, I do believe if you play his position and do your job effectively then it sets the foundation for a good performance. Hyndman made the difference today.
  23. Motherwell's pitch side layout is an accident waiting to happen.
  24. I'm of similar mind to many on here, regarding Toral's fitness but did not want to sound harsh. He seemed slightly fatigued after 15 minutes and the second half of the season doesn't allow teams to carry half-fit players. Hopefully he can quickly sort himself out.
