I think he's just eating and working out loads. He still looks a little chubby.
I kinda like the fact that's he's doing and thinking of every possible thing that can potentially improve his game. He's certainly went all in! I can see some other players maybe doing the same.
His short game was really off though although it's a tough course and tough conditions. If he sorts out his short game he could become unbeatable!

I would love to find the article relating to an experiment - it was in a magazine I read in a hospital waiting room about 15yrs ago.
Basically it was an experiment to determine at what distance does putting skill and luck cross over. It was conducted with a mechanical device replicating identical putts and measuring ball spread over various distances, green speeds, weather, etc.
It determined that after approximately 12' on a typical PGA green, the natural microvariations of grass, wind, ball, club, etc - seen a deviation from the "perfect" putting line that means fewer than 50% of perfect putts would drop. 
I'm sure the term "perfect", was based on the statistical average line, thus the line a putt would average the middle of the hole.

Think 99.9% are and its doing more harm as you are walking off the green ragin you didn't hole it. Most are the same.

Sounds like in the downswing you’re swinging out to in, bit lasso style as an exaggeration? 
If you imagine Jim Furyk but he squares the club face and your leaving it ever so slightly open.
Even try hooding the club face ever so slightly. 

No try and move your weight right to left. Imagine like a pendulum, when it goes right that’s your backswing and then transition the weight through. 
 
If you hold on your right your leaning up 

Tend to find that that shot you’re describing is due to as dummie said, you coming up out instead of transitioning through.
Could be as simple as holding to much weight on the right side assuming you’re a righty, which takes away power but also adds loft to the club ie ending up short.
Just check your wrists too and that you’re now slightly leaving the club face open.

I use the range in it too and as you say fully stocked with cracking gear, I've not had a lesson from the pro for few years as not been playing much though know a few lads who did use them last year and said they were good.

I played 15 or so Sunday night and I have woke up sore every morning since. 

Clydeway has a good selection and can fit for most brands.  Wouldn't go near American golf for irons.
