As the newly appointed SPFL will start from beginning of next season, does this not mean theoretically mean our transfer embargo should be lifted? The Embargo was was handed down by the SPL and before the season starts the SPL will cease to exist. Therefore should our embargo not be lifted too?

I would be very happy with these two players. Good signings IMO.
