I can see where both Gazza and Muffs points are coming from. I don't want to name individuals and boo rangers players, but this current lot are mince. A lot of negativity on here today especially with some of the players getting it tight. FFS the first full season with Walt back was all about restoring balance and we have more than surpassed that. While "the French Messiah" has guided PSG into a relegation dogfight his replacement has come in and steadied the ship, got us to a UEFA cup final, with the possibility of the treble still strong. Admitted - it hasn't always been pretty to watch but i cant see the "cavalierfootball" brigade across the city winning F all this season. At the start of the season i'd have probably settled for getting any silverware but to scoop the lot will be f'in fantastic. We are the people.

I was in Albert Square the whole day and didn't see any hassle although i did see a few sirens squealing past at the back of 12. You would like to think that if this happened in Glasgow the police would get everyone on buses trains taxis and get them out of the city, but no these muppets cancelled everything leaving the majority of the decent fans stuck in the middle of town with the minority of scum and unmarked scumbags in helmets leathering anyone they could for sport. Shame on them. The walk from Albert Square to Stockport at 2 in the morning is not one I ever care to repeat!! On the whole we did ourselves and our club proud and We Are The People. Must say though i was still upset at the amount of "fans" leaving the square before our troops went up to get their medals -never mind i'm sure there will be another time soon for them to get back on the band wagon. :unionflag:

Saw a fair bit of that Egyptian CentreMid Hosni during the African Nations and he looked the business and scored a few belters an aw. Don't know if he'd settle here though with the culture shock as he had a spell in France which did't work out for him. We defo need cover for Weir next season and a right back.
