  1. Wallace bursts forward, normally beats a man, and then every time without fail will pass it backwards towards the midfield. The whole loyalty thing should never be ignored, but he's got worse every season with us. In his first season he was unstoppable down the left, what happened?
  2. Very poor price if true, as much as he was inconsistent, he could be brilliant in games when he turned it on. Hopefully Walker arrives as his replacement sooner rather than later. I'd imagine the price for Walker will be "undisclosed" (much like the Cummings to Forest transfer), as Hearts won't want to be seen by their fans as going back on their "he won't be going for less than £1million" statement.
  3. I would never give a Rangers player abuse, but he's not good enough for us. Remember those two chances he had v the vermin away? If he had stuck one of those away, we would have won the match. We might only get one chance in the big games (v Them, or away from home in Europe), would you trust Waghorn to take that chance? I wouldn't. No bad feelings towards him, however he needs to go.
  4. Hopefully this is on the radio, because the last time I followed a match on Rangers twitter was the cup defeat at Forfar.
  5. Lee Wallace is every bit a Rangers captain on and off the park. I particularly love the fact he spends his free time coaching youngsters and giving something back into the game, rather than going to Nandos or sitting about tweeting. Can't wait to see him lift his first trophy as Rangers captain.
  6. 1-0 Rangers with a dodgy goal that doesn't cross the line, causing Alan Stubbs to timplode.
  7. Out of interest, who else here has been blocked by Collymore on twitter?
  8. I was devastated when I read about this, might not have set the Scottish game alight, but he was an honest pro who always put a shift in for us. A game that sticks in the mind is the 3-1 defeat to Dundee Hibernian when we played them off the park and had we had proper strikers and a proper defence, we would have won that game. Arnie was man of the match by far.
  9. Not sure I agree with the slightly lower level comment. FK Ventspils, the 2nd team in Latvia, got a 0-0 draw in Malmo during the Champions League qualifiers last year, which is more than the 'Champions' of Scotland got.
  10. I wouldn't give The Abbey your money, used to be run by Rangers-hating former Hibs defender Shaun Dennis (although not sure if it still is). You're best off having a few pints in one of the pubs on the High Street, like The Exchequer and then making the 10-15 min walk to the ground, if you can manage it!
  11. If we won the Petrofac but then got promotion to the Premiership, would we be able to defend the trophy next year? Or because we would then be a Premiership team, would we no longer be eligible to enter, despite being the holders? Just wondering as I doubt that situation has arisen before. Mon the Gers!
  12. The boy is world class, too good for Scottish football. Hopefully we draw the scum in the cup, because if Scott Brown can't handle Malmo or Georgia's midfield, he won't stand a chance against ours.
  13. Funny that John Collins is saying their rivals don't have clever enough players when he was an integral part of a Celtic side for 6 years that didn't have clever enough players to trouble Rangers........
