  1. Thought that was our best performance of the season today. Credit to that Dundee keeper because he saved them from a real doing.
  2. And Fir Park as well. They've had a very easy run of home games so far. The only 2 difficult away games they've had they've lost both.
  3. Man U, Copenhagen and Rosenborg would do nicely. Hope to fuck we don’t get any one from the likes of Russia, Kazakhstan or the Ukraine. Wouldn’t fancy us having to travel back from playing there on a Thursday then play a league game on the Sunday .
  4. Welcome to the Rangers. Shave the fuckin neckbeard before the your first training session please.
  5. Honestly as long as Tav stays I'm okay with the other 2 going. We played our best football of the season those half a dozen games before Killie on the last day of the season and that was without Morelos. As far as Kent goes, he was brilliant for us but outwith the Old Firm games I don't think he was as important as Tav or Arfield were to the team and we have other players in that position to replace him.
  6. Donaire the Bear! Hope he beats Inoue but unfortunately I can't see it happening. The Donaire of 6 years ago against the current Inoue would be a fight for the ages though.
  7. He’s the biggest shitebag I’ve ever seen in a Rangers shirt. It’s been obvious since his first couple of performances that he has no heart. Get him to fuck.
  8. Aye with hindsight his career didn’t pan out the way it should but at the time him and Mexes were considered the best 2 young defenders in Europe. I was mad into football at the time, used to buy World Soccer every month and kept up with all the major leagues and I remember being absolutely shocked we’d managed to sign him.
  9. Ronald De Boer for me. The shouts for Numan and Prso are also good and I’d maybe throw Klos in there as a shout. He was a year removed from lifting the Champions League with Dortmund.
  10. He had a house in one the estates across from the Avonbridge Hotel, just near Dougie Parks old house. He lived there for a good few years after he retired but I'm sure he moved back to Holland ages ago now.
  11. Numan retiring at 32 always baffled me, particularly as he was still in brilliant shape. Used to see him about Hamilton years after he retired and he still looked in better nick than half the first team.
  12. Is spelling Barisic ‘Barasic’ a thing folk do intentionally?
  13. I bet 6-1 on the Ayr game and you can be fucking sure I'd have been happy if Ayr had scored a consolation.
  14. I noticed he would be right in about every off the ball incident, but in play he let everything just pass him by. Cowardly wee mutant bastard.
  15. Frampton’s always been a big blue nose. He used to post on the old Eastsideboxing forum years ago and i remember him winding up some of the Irish posters in there when they were trying to arrange a forum meet up and Carl suggested they meet in the Sandy Row Rangers Club ? Like someone else said, he’s not a bigot but he’s a genuine Rangers fan and whilst he doesn’t scream it from the rooftops all the time he’s never, ever hid it either.
  16. In most cases I’d prefer to go through on merit, but in this instance with the game against the bheasts on the Sunday after the trip to Russia this would be a god send.
  17. Another striker would be good but new full backs are a higher priority IMO.
  18. Beerman needs to work on his defensive positioning but he offers something going forward and I think he'll develop. Barjonas I agree looks like a very good prospect, when he came on he was excellent and I don't think he gave the ball away once and offered us something in the middle of the park we'd been sorely missing up until that point. The only young player I don't really rate is Bates, he's just not confident on the ball at all.
  19. I like their displays, but I was sitting in BF5 on Tuesday night which is the closest I've been to them and fuck me they need to take the megaphone away from that wee fud. He's missed the point of using it to build atmosphere and instead just starts screaming a different tune every fucking minute of the game then gets annoyed when nobody else joins in. There was a guy behind me in the second half who'd had enough and was looking for a pie to throw at the cunt.
  20. It's a fucking shit idea. I can't believe some mongos can't see the difference between putting your own twist on a chant made popular by another support and just changing the players name and stealing the chant word for fucking word. Have some imagination. I'll stick with Derry's Walls.
  21. Maybe a 16 team league. Play every team twice and still keep the split, meaning 37 games. That wouldn't be such an issue with Sky as there'd only be one less Old Firm than there is now (provided we both finish top half obviously). The only issue would be deciding who gets to play at home twice as I'm sure neither us or them would want to concede that. Could have the bottom 2 automatically relegated with the 14th placed team playing off against 3rd in the championship. I kind of liked the idea of a play off between 3rd and 6th place for the Europa League spot as well, but the more I think about it it would be messy due to the place given to the Scottish Cup winners. It would mean probably having to schedule the games in for after the cup final and with the European qualifiers happening in July the teams playing for it really wouldn't get much of a summer break.
  22. Boy in my work was saying this today as well. At first I thought he was mental but it does make some sense when you put it like that.
  23. Reactionary pish because he had a poor first half last night. Wylde clearly has talent, but he needs to be nutured properly. His two main problems are: 1) He never cuts inside. He has bags of pace and, when he actually looks up (see my next point), he can fire in a good ball, but he's so predictable it hurts. He needs to add another dimension to his game and mix up his darts down the wing with cutting inside of his man. 2) As I mentioned above, he's to eager to whip in a cross and he regularly forgets to look up and check whether anyone is in the vicinity to actually get on the end of it. To me this is down to immaturity and should improve as he gets older, although it may just be that he isn't very bright, we'll just need to wait and see.
  24. The 'Sectarian' label is such a lot of bollocks. It was a couple of drunk arseholes pestering a famous guy and it got a bit messy. The icing on the cake is that Ledley isn't even a Catholic. I don't remember the attack on Kevin Thomson a couple of years back, where a Celtic fan tried to glass him, ever being labelled sectarian.
