I was thinking aswell, when Ally does go, whether it be in the near or distant future, will he just give up being a manager completely. I guess he only really accepted the job as Walters assistant so that he could manage rangers and not to just be a general manager. Billy Davies is ideal for me also, knows British football well, gets the best out of his players and would be used to a similar budget. As mentioned earlier, Arthur Numan and Ronald de Boer should also be considered for other roles as I think we need a complete shake up from manager to first team and youth coaches.
