    Normally I'd have said theres not much chance of him being sacked until November but the fan reaction being so loud and so toxic is giving me hope the board will do the right thing this week.

    IIRC I think there was a period under Gio where everyone, myself included, was crying out for Hagi to play in the deep playmaker role that we were using at the time as it seemed tailor made for him after having been mostly shifted out wider under Gerrard.
    Gio then played him there for a few games and he was pretty poor, that was the point when I gave up on him succeeding here tbh. He seems a nice guy so hopefully he gets a good move and does well in another league but just don’t think he’s suited for Scotland.
