SFA only have a say if single shareholder has 51% or more

Its just 3 phone calls to get that amount of shares mate. They defo have CG's shares and very close to getting a few of the overseas guys

I believe they have CG shares under proxy now and a few of the other larger overseas shareholders want out as MM/WS running RFIC into the ground by not cutting costs at Murray Park from £10m to £5m. Being papered up by lawyers over next few days re rest of the shares they have got their mits on.

I believe Sandy Easdale may perhaps be acquiring under option 29.9% of the entire issued share capital of RFIC with full voting rights. If this happens in next few days Sandy will basically control RFIC.

I believe there is a carve out and these rules don't apply if the concert starts off with more than 51% on day 1. May be wrong but pretty sure I'm right!

Walter has been screaming for Bain's appointment but none of the other directors believe we should appoint BAin as they all believe its a backward step. Walter and Ally are trying to take control of the club without putting any money in. When push comes to shove an EGM will be called firing everyone as Greens original pre ipo investors still have have 51% and Green has proxies from all of them. Green wants to destroy CW first though. CG will return as Chairman once CW publicly shamed again and this time he's going to get hot tar all over his bollocks after he's been destroyed in court.

Green and Ahmad did not expect any cash and Whyte was humoured ie for CVA Green and Ahmad had to make Whyte beleive he was part of process so they told him to send £500k to a separate account so as not to mix his cash with their cash. Whyte sent 137.5 late, undervalue ie not £500k he said he would send overdue and to be honest they don't even believe its from him. Legally that was the end of Whyte's involvement as he failed to perform at first hurdle. Unpalatable task to have to deal with Whyte but Green and Ahmad put themselves out there and have the financial muscle. Green will be back after Whyte's proven to be a liar. Ahmad won't throw in the towel. It would give credibility to CW's crazy claims. MM, WS , IH and PC want him to leave now because of £137.5 (which was paid back and no-one even knows if it was actually from CW) If it comes to it I believe he directly and indirectly controls circa 40%-50% of the company as all the initial investors are his guys. He'll then call an EGM and vote the PLC board off and stick better directors on. Once CW sorted I expect he will go on the main PLC board himself This is his deal he put together. Rumours are he is about to buy Blue Pitch, Norne Anstalt, Margehrita, Putney and a few smaller stragglers. They could be up to perhaps circa 20% if they agree terms. Not too happy about MM/WS/IH/PC trying to fire CG.

New supplier puts in all the new screens inc new smaller advertising screens surrounding ground to replace ADI. We should get between £100k and £200k per year depending on how good the advertising sells. Quite a big firm with other trophy venues in different sports so they sell all the advertising to their clients as one package up and down the country. Wifi separate to this but I know the club want this for in stadia gaming etc
