The difference here is that, to my knowledge, there are no proscribed terrorist organisations who refer to themselves by the term 'N' etc Someone referring to themselves as 'Fenian army', for example, are giving their position on their social/political beliefs , voicing an alternate position, regardless of the perceived offensive nature, does not make it sectarian. The term can't be used as a political term to justify its use by those using it to declare their position, and then be deemed sectarian by those same people when an opposing opinion uses it against them. If the defence of their use of the term is that it is political, how can it be deemed to be sectarian? Is calling someone a Tory bastard now sectarian? Is calling someone a Scottish nationalist bastard sectarian?
