The manager must start to remove the weak links in the team, Barasic is a weak link that other teams know they have a chance to outsmart and beat. I may be giving Aberdeen too much credit here, but after I saw the replay of Barasic standing there pointing at the guy who was offside, then watched the Aberdeen player sprint past him, I thought this is a tactic they have worked on, as there were a few offsides beforehand that their forward was miles offside. As I say, May not have been the case but if my team were up against suck a weak opponent who is prone to lapses of concentration, it’s certainly a tactic I would be looking to exploit.

We have been playing worse since Aberdeen started playing the way Beale said he wanted them to play and come out more, we aren’t dealing with that aspect very well
