  1. Do the HokeyCokey. You know it makes sense.
  2. The proposed structure relies on bribes to gain agreement from SFL teams. The bribes come from a league reported to be financially strained made up of a number of clubs that are also finding times tough and struggling to pay their way. The proposed structure is laughably complex which suggests that it is trying to avoid the obvious issue and that is the product is shite. What prize do the middle 8 teams play for? The middle 8 teams isn't even a thing. Which team wins SPL2? Is it the team that comes 5th in the middle 8? The SPL is a busted flush.
  3. The fact that the SPL are pushing this agenda shows that it intends to remain as a separate organisation within Scottish football. Self interest is guiding its actions. The SPL does not care about the game and it will not work to improve it.
  4. Rocking ham RSC might be a bit closer to Success. Have a look on the ORSA website for details.
  5. What can you really expect from such an audaciously corrupt organisation that is the SPL.
  6. The OP is a Fenian Fucktard cunt. Why is he still here?
  7. How can a Scottish law have any effect in England? How can asking a question create sectarian hatred? How can telling the truth get you into trouble? Only in the Peoples Rhepublic of Scotland.
  8. League reconstruction can only occur on the assumption of lower revenue and lower budgets for SPL clubs, changing structures can't fix the fact that most cannot be competitive and live within the revenues they generate on their own. Thinking that there will be a rush for sponsors and TV to put in more money is laughable. The product simply is not good enough. Ultimately reconstuction will happen because the game is not viable in current form, but it can only happen once clubs (and the SPL) have bottomed out and faced into the fact that they are fucked.
  9. Rangers is my club because of what it stands for. It stands for my cultural beliefs and I will not ever stop being a Loyalist and Unionist. I will never stop seeing the Paedo club as my enemy, not for its religious beliefs but for its support of terrorist scum. Make no mistake, they are our enemy and are the prime movers behind SPL and SFA actions. You sing the songs you want. I'll sing the ones I like. You choose to ignore them. I'll choose to despise them.
  10. Great post OP. Make no mistake there is a conflict of interest in this case. There is clearly a case that if HM were to find nothing, then that may adversely impact its relationship with one of its clients (CFC), therefore, there is pressure on those working on this matter to find something against the Murray regime. What is absolutely staggering here is that the conflict can be overcome really simply. Appoint another firm of Solicitors. There are lots of them, and HM have no unique skill set.
  11. Any CEO worth the oxygen he breathes would have seen the major implications of reduced revenues facing his organisation and started to reduce costs. Has there been any cost reduction program? No. What we have seen is theft, deflection and a campaign against Rangers. Maybe the SPL is beyond being saved and we are witnessing the last desperate throes of an incompetent leadership.
  12. This is the opinion of McConville, the same cunt who couldn't get damages paid to the poor people who were awarded them. Fundamental misconduct was proven against him. Dont give him or his opinions oxygen. Shit Lawyer, Shit blogger, Shit person.
  13. I have no doubt that there is an agenda being pushed by our enemies because there can be no justification for the vigour in the SPL's actions on this issue. This is not a case of dual contracts or cheating. This is the slant being put on it by those who hate us. Put simply, the SPL allege that we have breached the rule that says we can only make payments to players for playing football that are included in the contract for service that is registered with them. As someone said the other day, this appears to be a rule in place to protect the interests of players who could end up in dispute with their club. No player has alleged that any amount that they would have expected to receive has not been received so it is safe to assume that Rangers paid all amounts owing on time and therefore this proves that the players could be afforded - therefore no cheating. It is a generally accepted legal principle that you can arrange your affairs to minimise the amount of tax paid, so there is no morally reprehensible action being undertaken through the use of EBTs, so again there is no cheating. For EBTs to work to minimise tax, they cannot be used to pay wages, but discretionary bonuses will work just fine. Player contracts need to be in a standard form approved by the SPL. I have not seen one of these contracts, however FIFA has published the minimum standards associated with player contracts, and these minimum standards allow for the contract to govern the payment of bonuses. On the assumption that the SPL standard player contract allows for the payment of bonuses, any player bonus paid through an EBT would be a payment made under a contract lodged with the SPL. This would mean no breach of the rule. Now lets assume that there are side letters that say you will be paid a guaranteed bonus. This would still be a bonus, and subject to the assumption that the player contract allows for he payment of bonuses, this would not breach the rules, but would make the EBT an inefficient vehicle for minimising tax. No breach of rule would be committed. It would only be a breach of the rule if there was a side letter that said we will pay you all or part of your wage through an EBT. This would be a breach of the rule, but still not cheating because the full amount of the wage would be paid. The only way there could be any suggestion of cheating would be if there was a guarantee to the player that they would receive a wage in hand outside of the contract after tax and the only way this could be achieved was through the use of an EBT. Then there is a suggestion of the club paying less than they otherwise would if the wage was paid in the normal way. This is not cheating if the club would still have been able to afford the player, and our financial position at the time of the commitment is relevant, not the position in 2012 after we had been financially raped by a crook. Having looked through the list of alleged payments made through EBTs on the BBC site, the amounts alleged to have been paid through the EBTs looks like fractions of the money the players would have been on. This suggests that the worst case scenario painted is highly unlikely. If you were seeking to cheat, the majority of the payments received by the player would be made through an EBT and the amount paid through the normal route would be minimised. There are assumptions made in this assessment, but ultimately, I cannot see how any advantage was gained, and therefore any breach of the rule that is proven should be seen as an administrative issue for the purposes of the SPL. The taxation implications are not in the remit of the SPL, and therefore must be irrelevant to its consideration - unless it is being driven by our enemies. Anyone who thinks we should allow the SPL to get on with its investigation and punishment is either naive or has the agenda of our enemies at heart.
  14. Who wrote that shit? He says it himself, "Legally SFA chiefs may be unable to sanction such a move" - there is no membership category for a temporary member. I guess that rules have never stopped the SFA before though.
  15. I believe the agenda is mere survival for the SPL. It has failed to deliver a one year absence from its competition for the biggest club in th country, and it knows that it cannot survive without us. In desperation it is holding onto the one thing it believes it can control us with. It's like holding on to your ex girlfriends keys after the breakup.
  16. With the financial state of several SPL clubs, there is a real risk that some will not be able to fulfill their fixtures for the whole season. The SPLs own circumstances appear to be parlous. At what point would the SPL season become untenable and be worthless to a broadcaster? These clowns are looking for an 8 year deal. There's more chance of a week to week deal.
  17. If the SPL is insolvent, and attempts a CVA, then money owed to the SFL will be a footballing debt, and therefore will UEFA prevent any club in the SPL playing in European competition until it is aid in full?
  18. The SFL can't lose here if it holds its ground. It needs to get 2million from the TV rights to be in no worse a position financially, and from a legal perspective, it can still take action against the SPL for the 2 million it is owed. Rangers games will be the draw card and should get more than 2 mill for a season.
