Rupret reacted to The Ibrox Derry in Gerrard agrees terms - unconfirmed
I think the above will already have been discussed and agreed upon. That would have been the 1st topic on the agenda for sure.

Rupret reacted to Clemdog in Oh Rangers, you’ve got me singing the blues
When Mcavennie he scored the first, the beggars thought it was the first of many,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, you've got me singing the blues.
It didn't take long to realise when Super Ally equalised,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, you've got me singing the blues.
Then up stepped, super Ray it was a 30 yarder all the way,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, you've got me singing the blues.
Well I never felt more like singing the blues, when Rangers put 5 passed Ian Andrews
Oh Rangers, you've got me singing the blues.
Well Andrews wept, he could not see, when Super Ally made it 3,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, you've got me singing the blues.
Well the Ibrox fans they wanted more, so Kevin Drinkell made it 4,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, you've got me singing the blues.
Well I never felt more like singing the blues, when Rangers put 5 passed Ian Andrews
Oh Rangers, you've got me singing the blues.
Well Ibrox Park, it came alive, when the bold Mark Walters made it 5,
Oh Rangers, cha cha cha, You've got me singing the blues.
Well Billy McNeil went home that night,
He said to his wife that the Sellick were shite.
Well I never felt more like singing the blues, when Rangers put 5 passed Ian Andrews
Oh Rangers, you've got me singing the blues!

Rupret reacted to ZZed in Gerrard agrees terms - unconfirmed
If he knocks us back, it will bedlam within the support. Who do they turn to next? Anyway lets see it pan out and sort it out if and when.

There's been plenty to moan about justifiably. However, Steven Gérard taking over is a massive deal. I think it's a level headed expectation that major positive changes are about to happen at Rangers Football Club. The guy was the best in Britain for a decade. A truly massive name. It's understandable why some people are skeptical, but I think common sense tells you that major backing will be provided for players. Extremely optimistic about this.

If i was him, i want rejects away and 7 million, lets see if the board delivers.
I am warming to him now, if he knocks us back left with dregs, even Coleman wouldn't touch us.

To my mind this may be the stumbling block in all of this.

Its the transfer budget, he has passion, which is what we have been missing.
But he is not an idiot, wonder what he wants as a figure?

Rupret got a reaction from eejay the dj in POTY awards tonight?
By Christ they are obsessed.
“They were shouting at club officials about the current situation and the scoreline today“ - we are too apathetic to do that.

Rupret reacted to WeDontDoWalkingAway1872 in Murty
Why is he not gone yet?
3 games to go or not the club needs to send out a message that these types of results are not to be tolerated!
If he is kept in the job we are going to finish 4th anyway....

Rupret reacted to PromDeAnglais in Massive investment announcement
What a load of fucking bollocks.
We are not getting investment. The only money SG will be getting will be ST money, as per the norm.

Rupret got a reaction from the brown brogue in Murty
Useles zip sucking bastard, a tactically inept imbecile. Get him away to fuck form this club.
Look at the youths, Murty in charge Lieicester beats us 6-1 not Murty, we win 6-0.
Needs to go tonight, so we have a small chance at second place.

Rupret reacted to plymouthranger in Murty thinks it’s his
I hope he believes that, I hope he genuinely thinks that Sunday is his last chance.
If he does, hopefully we'll get some fight out of the players...

Rupret reacted to NeoGeo7 in Would Allan McGregor be an improvement on Wes Foderingham?
Not that I want to tread this path again but Naismith and Whittaker were the first to jump ship and see that they could get moves to England for a free and did their press conference where Naismith said:
”The loyalty I had was with Rangers. I’ve never met anyone from Sevco since it’s been formed. And I don’t think I could have moved forward on those terms.
“Will I ever come back and support the new club? I haven’t thought about it. Like a lot of Rangers fans, I’m just thinking short-term rather than long-term.”
McGregor left sure, but he left after them and at least didn’t pull a stunt like that press conference.

Rupret reacted to piperpete in Blue balloons for a bairn
One of my punters told me about a Dumfries Bear who has an 8 month old kid who fell ill on Tuesday and won’t make it , the family are donating the kids organs to help other families in their hour of need, the Dad who attends games and is a season ticket holder has asked if it would be possible for us all who are going on Sunday to take blue balloons with them and let them go before the match as the teams come out in memory of their wee boy.
