  1. Vukic and Walsh been the only shining lights. Wallce, Macgregor and Clark to a lesser extant. The rest can fucking disappear.
  2. Still early days, but im hoping McCall makes drastic changes. Boyd, Miller and Mculloch cannot keep underperforming.
  3. Zero closing down, even on the 18 yard line. Awful defending. Heart attack when that boy snuck up the left wing.
  4. I find it odd we've heard nothing about Mccoist yet. Kenny has left by mutual consent, yet no word on Ally. You think its just taking time or is he dragging his heels as he's a bit bitter over it not working out. King and the board have been quick tp remendy a lot already. Positive for Sat now.
  5. I feel the same mate. I think we will see McCulloch play on Sat and many fans will be disheartened by it. I have faith that McCall will pick the best team and not play favourites. If Jig or anyone plays for that matter, it will be because it was earned in training.
  6. Very impressed. I initially thought the players being called im would be for a meeting. The thought of them training on a day off made me smile.
  7. Tbh, im more happy with the timing. Just glad the board acted quickly tp stop the rot. If he does well, then deserves a crack at the spfl. If not, we look elsewhere.
  8. STV are saying Kenny Clipboard will NOT be part of the new coaching team. Thank christ.
  9. Soon as you see Sky reporting this, you know its got legs. I don't want any of them to stay on as assistants. Ally and clipboard need to leave completely.
  10. Win win. Gets rid of the current duds. And if it doesn't pan out, were back to square one anyway.
  11. I bloody well hope so. Have a bad feeling that Mccoist will be back to 'steer the ship' for the remainder. If so then the board are way out of touch. On another note, if Smith does come back, who do you think his backroom staff will be?. The Three Stooges that's who. We need a fresh approach.
  12. That cunt swans about like hes untouchable. I remember him acting the same way when their racist was outed against the sheep.
  13. My worry is the board are thinking this very thing
  14. And Kenny 'Good Point' Mcdowall actually wants Ally and Durrant back in the dugout?!. 2nd in this league is bad enough. Way were going we'll be lucky to stay there. They all better be gone before the next game.
  15. We are in freefall. Change need to happen fast Mr King. As in, tonight. Chase clipboard and Ally out the door.
  16. Exactly mate. There are no more excuses. Unless you count the wind.
  17. This team now has a packed stadium backing them to the hilt, a friendly board, a chance to concentrate on football only. And they STILL cannot perform. Will the management team finally accept their portion of blame?
  18. Server errors there. I always imagine the worst when that happens on here.
  19. Was just thinking this mate. Ramped up the PR machine big time for this one. Legos tackle was dangerous and deserves a ban too.
  20. In my opinion, for this to truly be a new era and a fresh start, we need to start with a whole new backroom team. Ive a niggling fear that the swell of good feeling after the EGM result would mean Ally was given another chance. Hopefully King is smarter than that.
  21. From BBC: Caretaker-manager Kenny McDowall would like to team up again with Ally McCoist and Ian Durrant, but does not know what Rangers' new board is planning. Manager McCoist was put on gardening leave and coach Durrant relegated to the youth set-up by the old regime. "I was working with Ally, so obviously that would appeal to me," said McDowall about a possible McCoist return. "But it's a difficult one to answer because the board will obviously have their own ideas." Interim chairman Paul Murray said on Saturday that a number of candidates had put themselves forward for the manager's post and that the board would take time to reach a decision. But he also indicated that he would be speaking to McCoist and McDowall to ask "what they want to do" as they remain employees. McDowall, who is himself working his 12-month notice period having decided to quit under the previous regime, revealed that he had a brief introductory meeting with Murray, fellow director John Gilligan and major shareholder Dave King. "I've got three games in a week, so it is pretty full on with the players at the moment, so nothing scheduled," the caretaker said when asked if a more detailed meeting was planned. "Everyone knows what my situation is. They are quite entitled to speak to whoever they want to speak to regarding the manager's position. "I'll just wait and see and carry on my duties." McDowall is presently being assisted by former Rangers striker Gordon Durie, who had been promoted by the previous board, and goalkeeping coach Jim Stewart. "Gordon Durie has come and been fantastic," said McDowall. "Gordon didn't expect to be put in the position he was put into either. "Ian Durrant got put down to the youth department, which was not the best thing to happen to Ian. "I would look to get Ian back up working beside myself and Gordon." Rangers have slipped to third in the Scottish Championship since McCoist resigned in December and McDowall hoped that the new board would help revive fortunes on the field of play. "I am very hopeful and we are looking forward to the supporters coming back to get behind the team," he said ahead of Tuesday's visit by promotion rivals Queen of the South. "The support have had to put up with a lot, as have everyone connected with the club, in the last four years. "It is a fantastic change for everybody and it give everyone the hope they've been looking for. "We're pleased that the club can start healing and go forward."
  22. I know the board have more important stuff on their plate, but this is the kinda thing they need to respond to. In doing that, it forces the tims to then take note and publicly respond back. Rather than this decline to comment pish.
