I would tentatively agree for the moment here, as we have not had a solid enough midfield in years. Rossiter and Dorrans could, and I say strongly, could, make a difference to how we use our wingbacks better. Wallace is not and has never been a good defender, neither has Tav. But what they do well, is pushing the opposition back. Attacking wing backs is not a new thing in the game, but those two might, just might, get a bit more protection from better sitting midfielders.
