  1. You've posted this from an already established negative opinion rather than trying to be neutral. There are so many holes in it that it would be pointless debating as it is clear you would never move your position.
  2. Clarke will be trained to take over from miller.
  3. I'm still waiting til it's announced officially.
  4. still waiting on club confirmation though
  5. Kris Boyd rejoins Rangers after last-ditch bid snatches striker from Aberdeen By Paul Collins 14:38 23 Jun 2014, updated 14:38 23 Jun 2014 +3 Boyd was due to sign for Aberdeen until last-gasp intervention by Aberdeen Scotland striker was huge success during first four-year spell at Ibrox Kris Boyd is making a dramatic return to Ibrox after Rangers made a last-minute move to persuade the striker to sign for them rather than Aberdeen. The 30-year-old Scotland international, a free agent after running down his Kilmarnock contract at the end of a season that brought him 22 goals, has held talks with several English Championship sides as well as top-flight clubs north of the border. Aberdeen looked to be in pole position after manager Derek McInnes confirmed a deal had been put to Boyd and said he was confident it would be accepted. +3 EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND - AUGUST 23: Kris Boyd of Rangers celebrates after scoring during the Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier league match between Hearts and Rangers at Tynecastle Park on August 23, 2009 in Edinburgh, Scotland. It will be a popular move with Rangers fans, after Boyd racked up over 100 goals in a four-year stint at Ibrox that ended in 2010.
  6. He'll certainly be Chappie ing at the door
  7. That is what CG announced was the intention. Remember that Paul Murray praised the success of the IPO and said that his plan would have seen Rangers take 10 years to rebuild. Ally was given one job, get the club back to the top league ASAP and the board/investors backed that plan. It's the crap over the last year that put that in doubt and where we find ourselves now, like it or not that was the plan and in 2 more seasons we will hopefully be back in Europe.
  8. And yet experienced professionals in the English game praise the work at Auchenhowie. Muppets
  9. IF ally has been allowed to speak to him. Boyd said two weeks ago that he's had not contact from anyone at Ibrox
  10. It's a puff piece story, wait and hear from official channels FFS. We get this every year
  11. I saw that as well. The two of them were quite pally so that doesn't ring true for this story. As usual I'll wait and see when they are both back from holiday and it's announced officially
  12. I don't agree bob. The last 2 seasons have seen us kicked up and down the pitches while the u20s for example have been playing the top league youth teams. McCoist goes to watch almost every u20 game, according to Gallagher, so he knows who is able to step up and who isn't.
  13. Are you sure that is the job he was asked to do? His employers asked him to get back to the top ASAP, no hiccups.
  14. Sums up the last week. Sad that he has gone but we tried to keep him and HE chose to leave. No player at Rangers should be guaranteed a 1st team place. It needs to be earned.
  15. Aye, I mean even with a serious vital heart condition McLeod should be played before either of them.
  16. It's all he would sign last time round. Blame the agent
  17. No bother mate. Rants are useful. McCoist also has to answer to his employers and what matters to them is promotion, hopefully that will change next season and some more young ones get the chance to come through. McCoist knows the youth players better than anyone on here.
  18. And McCoist goes to nearly all the U20 games so knows who is ready to come through and who is not. There are many factors to playing youths, 1 being not allowing them to get their heid kicked in by cloggers, or any team put out by Jim Jeffries.
  19. Well said but it won't suit the ally oots!
  20. His contract was up FFS he would only sign a one year extension last year and Rangers offered him a new contract. He wanted to go simple as that. Others in the U20 squad are apparently better, according to people who go and watch them.
  21. We're not selling him. He has been offered a new contract but wants to look elsewhere for options.
  22. Not according to the young players who have been given a chance. It have committed to the club, McCoist goes to almost all the under 20s matches and knows the standard of all the young players.
