  12. picked up a metro in London this morning and read this YES-VOTING SCOTS SAY NO TO BOWIE, Scottish nationalists took to social media yesterday to celebrate the death of Foreign Unionist David Bowie. Trolls let off steam over the singers plea for Scotland to STAY WITH US and vote against independence in 2014.He was a man from Brixton who contributed nothing to Scotland! We are on our knees with food banks and child poverty, he was a millionaire singer, said john Gallagher. another said good riddance to bowie who poked his nose into others affairs.

  24. Picked up the free financial newspaper at the local train station this morning and the bold Trevor was describing how booing players particularly ones on big money can have a negative effect, football supporters are bright, they know their sport very well. But aside for extreme cases when there is an obvious lack o effort, there is no need to boo. It may only make things worse. As a player when you are losing a match you feel like a different person. Negative feelings are coursing through you. When your winning the blood is pumping and your desperate to get on the ball. Teams rely on crowds to help them get back into games. I remember playing for Rangers against Leeds United in the champions league in 1992. Within a minute they won a corner and Gary Mcallister lashed a shot into the top corner. We had barely started and we were 1-0 down to the English title holders. For a moment you could hear a pin drop at Ibrox..Then the crowd reacted and it sent a shiver down my spine. They could have stayed quiet but didn't They got behind the team and let us know we were all in it together. We won 2-1 at a canter.
