Last season he was rotten till about February then he was excellent till the end of the season. This season he's been average. Sterling could be better and has a future. Tav's done at the top level.

Don't you rate Sterling? We have the solution to the right back problem, why not use it? I've been a fan of Tav for years and stood up for him many times. I even argued years ago that he was worth an England call up. But he's done now.

I agree RB is not the only issue in the team. But it's one where the solution is staring you in the face. Sterling is ready, Tav is done. It's time.

It's ridiculous, his arm is in the natural position (when jumping) It also takes a deflection just before if hits him. The penalty rule is a farce.

Tav's ok against the wee teams but at a higher level he's not got it anymore. Playing him as a right midfielder or winger is a terrible idea.

But he's not that player anymore where he's always attacking. He doesn't have the legs to get uo and down the park the way he used to. The first goal was nothing to do with him being too far forward and out of position.

Other positions do need addressing but this is one position where we have the answer available. It's holding Sterling progress back by not playing himin his best position. Give him a run of games at RB and he'll develop into an excellent player for us worth millions.
